Literally the best apartment complex I have ever lived at and I lived at a lot due to military moves. Not only are the staff absolutely wonderful but the maintenance people are even better! If I didn't have to move i probably would have stayed here for years. The rent is not expensive for what you get at this place. I just have loved my time here and I definitely recommend this apartment as it is literally one of the best in the whole area Wanted to update my review after move out. I am a very picky person when it comes to clean and friendliness. Honest review this place is absolutely the best apartment complex I moved into and moved out of. I didnt move out by choice had to move for school but if I could have stayed I would have stayed at this apartment complex for years. The staff is the best seriously. Move out was super easy and they were even going to jump start my car when I was having issues. Absolutely best place definitely move here if you're looking you won't regret

Biased. Don’t give reasons for not approving. Just take your app fee. Rental history is almost A1. Just should’ve told me not to apply, if my race or other factors were going to be an issue, which they clearly were. I have nearly perfect history for renting. I feel like these apartments don’t even give a fair chance to everyone around the board.

Clean grounds and friendly staff in the leasing office. I've been a tenant for over a year and had no problems to speak. They've upgraded the townhomes as well. Great school district with Ridgeview High School and Ridgeview Elementary. Recommend to anyone looking for an affordable rental in Clay County

The flats are nice and the neighbors are relatively friendly. They’re very spacious. The leasing office leaves much to be desired. Only sometimes it sounds like they’re talking down to you when you’re trying to ask them a question or Has something better to do. It’s right next to a high school which sometimes the have something better to do. It’s right next to a high school which sometimes the kids from high school park in the complex and they’re not as respectful when it comes to hitting your car with their door as they should be. The traffic getting to and from the highway on Blanding is a beast but if you work in Orange Park it’s not that bad. Maintenance is great really nice older gentleman. Overall it’s a pretty good place to live except when you have to interact with the leasing office. Don’t bother calling and leaving a message they don’t believe in returning phone calls.
