Manali and Michael are always approachable and makes sure everything is taken care of quickly. You won’t find a better managed property in the area.

The facilities are well-kept, the appliances are reliable, and any maintenance requests I had were always handled quickly. What really stood out to me was the people – the leasing team, manager, and assistant manager were all friendly, approachable, and truly helpful throughout my stay. The community feels safe and comfortable, and the location is super convenient, especially being so close to the Apple Parmer Lane office. Overall, living here was a very positive experience, and I’d definitely recommend Monterra to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming community.
