Patriot Ridge Apartments

The Landlord at this property files false reports to the bonding company to get money back with Jetty for deposits! I had damages to blinds and she stated if I purchased my own blinds, then she would knock the balance off. She knocked the balance off, but then she still reported to the bonding company. Jetty That there were damages to the blinds. I took a picture of my blinds and a picture of my receipt and she submitted a claim falsely and now the bonding company doesn’t have contact information. You can only email them and they’re threatening to send my account for only $170 to collections. The property manager does not have any integrity. Don’t waste your time with these apartments. And you can’t get in contact with corporate it just brings you right back to Patriot Ridge Apartment! Smh

Great staff, and great customer services! I have been here going on 4 yrs with no complaints. If I did have an issue, it was handled with great attention. I enjoy my time here!!! Kudos to Patriot Ridge for making this a home for me!!!

I’ve truly had a great experience at Patriot Ridge Apartments, and I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible staff especially Ms. Johnson. Ms. Johnson genuinely cares. She cares about her tenants, she cares about the property, and she manages everything with excellence. What stands out the most is how she shows up in times of need. About a year ago, I came to her during a difficult moment, and even now as I prepare to move on, she continues to offer wisdom, guidance, and understanding. She is professional, communicates clearly through both email and phone, and she definitely handles business but she goes beyond that. She works hard to create not just a place to live, but a community built on peace, respect, and cleanliness. You can tell her heart is in what she does, and that makes all the difference. Thank you, Ms. Johnson, for everything you’ve poured into this community. It has not gone unnoticed.
