Santi Dwellings at Montecillo- Clubhouse

Lived here for almost 2 years with my partner, move in was good when it came to the move out it felt like they made it impossible. My partner and I moved to Austin we were busy with the move and for the first time and almost 2 years we paid the rent late we were 3 days late and they wanted to evict us, explained situation and advice we could pay once I got paid from my new job they didnt want to help or work with us! It was overwhelming and just disappointing, we never paid late something came up and we were already moving out and they didnt even want to work with us. On top of that the lady was so rude and disrespectful she showed no care and no intent to help. To make it even worse they expect you to cover up holes on the wall and buy your own paint to paint a wall that is there responsability! They expect you to basically remodel the apartment before you move?! When they have there own maintenance people that should be the ones to work on that, fyi holes are from pushpins, you'd think that because rent is almost $2,000 a month they would be able to do that themselves but I guess not, expect to hire a carpet cleaner person and to remodel the apartment before you move out if not they will tax you! We left like 3 toilet brushes behind and we got charged like $50/75 because they had to throw it away!? That was just insane! You need to leave apartment spotless so they dont charge you like $700 😂😂 we drove 9 hrs back to clean apartment we left 3 toilet brushes behind and got charged more than what the brushes cost together 🤯 We moved to Austin and apartments are somehow cheaper, newer, and better, With your own covered garage, glad to be done with that nonsense. Would not recommend!!!! They constantly have people come and dumpster dive after you throw away things you no longer want, they never seemed to care about that, they have random chairs on parking lot and never sweep dirt from parking lot or hallways after a duststorm, not worth your money, runnnn!!!

I moved out of my apartment over two months ago, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. I confirmed multiple times that the address I provided was correct, yet they still sent it to an address I never gave them. I’ve made repeated calls to their office, but no one ever responds. I’m extremely disappointed with their lack of communication and professionalism.

Maintenance started working on my work orders as soon as I put them in within the hour. Jessie and Mike showed up to fix my water tank in and out with no issues. They were super helpful and friendly. Also while I was in Europe. Rae Montoya was the most helpful in helping me get my apartment while communicating with a 7 hour difference. Thanks to Rae, I was able to move in months later with little issues.

Lived in santi for a couple years i can say that the maintenance people are always attentive. pool is mostly clean and rarely closed.If you plan to move here from other places in EP expect to be bitten by abundance of rarer insects because of the desert area next door. But my main problem is that front office employees are RUDE. I was outside the office with physical documentation that needed to be signed and mailed urgently by literally anybody in there and was told to email it. Went out of my way to email it and still did not get a reply back in time besides me telling them how urgent it was.
