While visiting with my friend, the leasing assistant Christopher Banda was extremely helpful and kind going over her options. He was super knowledgeable in the apartment floor plans and pricing. Chris even made sure to tell my friend about any of the perks if she applied asap! All in all, my friend was overly satisfied with her decision and she felt as though she chose the best place to call home all thanks to Chris for making her feel seen and heard! I know where to go now when I’m ready to move!! 10/10

I called to schedule a tour with Chris and applied that same night. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with any apartments/ properties. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Chris is amazing and made my moving process smooth and answered all my questions and concerns. I saw two different units and they were both beautiful and spacious. I have been living here for a few months now and honestly no complaints. This property is beautiful and quiet. The view of the lake is stunning and the area is clean.

Christopher B. was my leasing agent, and he was absolutely amazing! He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made the move-in experience so easy and stress-free. This has honestly been one of the best experiences I’ve had when getting a new apartment. Move-in day was a breeze, and my apartment was clean and in great condition. Furthermore, the thoughtfully curated music selection played in the office (spanning all genres) creates a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Chris: Mr. Chris is a shining star. Despite having recently joined the team at the time of my move-in, his rapid acquisition of knowledge and exceptional helpfulness are remarkable. He consistently goes above and beyond to assist residents. Notably, during the recent disruption when the parcel automation system was not functioning, the entire staff worked tirelessly and efficiently to manually process and provide every resident with their delivered packages. This dedication under pressure was exemplary. Maintenance Crew Excellence The efficiency and professionalism of the maintenance crew are outstanding. I specifically note the remarkable turnaround time, as service requests are routinely fulfilled within 24 hours. I would like to offer a special acknowledgment to Pedro. On my move-in day, I was struggling with a small piece of heavy furniture (a carpet), and Pedro immediately and graciously offered assistance without being prompted. This initial act of kindness established a highly positive impression of the entire crew's resident focus. I have been living here for 5 years and this is my second apartment in the complex. The entire office staff has been a welcome change. I can’t say enough about Richard. He is always helpful and pleasant to work with. Our maintenance crew especially Pedro is the best. They are all very professional. The grounds are always clean. Besides that I have the best view in the complex. Love this place.
