Arbolada

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at the Arbolada Apartments. The location in the hill country is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful natural scenery that really makes it feel peaceful and welcoming. The apartment interiors are super nice with great appliances, and having an attached garage to the unit is also very convenient. Lorena and the rest of the front office staff is always friendly and greets you by name. Maintenance was quick to respond to work orders, and the complex is always clean and well maintained. The amenities are very nice (i.e. gym, clubhouse, pool), and the community is extremely pet friendly. I highly recommend the Arbolada Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!

This is quite easily the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in. I have moved quite a bit with the military over the last 20 years and lived in a variety of different housing types. The set up at Arbolada is perfect. What I love: - Very quiet. Most apartment complexes are located right off very busy roads Arballo is a little further away but still very convenient. It is amazingly quiet at night, though I don’t hear road noise or get woken up at night by loud cars. - Attached garages in most units. This is so convenient. I can pull into my garage close the door and walk directly upstairs into the apartment. I can store my bikes, rowing machine, and camping gear in the garage. I don’t have to haul groceries up three flights of stairs in the rain. - New everything. The apartments are new and have essentially no maintenance issues. For the rare issues, the maintenance team has been very responsive and addressed them immediately. - Park-like setting. The community itself is beautiful, walkable and very safe. - Proximity to the things I enjoy. For outdoor activities, there are multiple parks (Crownridge, Friedrich, and Eisenhower), the greenway trailheads at The Rim and 1604, two close HEBs, and everything at La Cantera and The Rim. I haven’t found any true downsides from living here. The monthly rent is very reasonable considering the size of the apartments, the attached garages, and the amenities. I highly recommend Arbolada.

I have lived at the Arbolada for close to a year and will be renewing. I really enjoy this apartment complex. They offer many new amenities such as the gym, workspace, pool area. & Maintenance has been timely in any work orders I've submitted. I really like the location and that the area is surrounded by nature.

Truly my dream apartment! Arbolada has easily become my favorite place I’ve ever lived. The amenities are amazing — I love starting my mornings with a cold brew from the clubhouse and just taking in how peaceful everything feels. The trails throughout the community are beautiful and relaxing, and everything about this place is so well thought out. My home itself is everything I could’ve imagined — modern, cozy, and filled with light. Every day I wake up feeling so grateful to live in such a good, welcoming community. I’m completely in love with this place and truly couldn’t imagine a better apartment or a better atmosphere!

best apartments i have ever lived at!!! the staff is so fun and friendly! andres helped me secure the most beautiful apartment with a view! Lorena and krystle are the best and so helpful toward us. The maintenance staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. Jared and Danny will come out 24/7 with a smile on their face to fix any issue. Super warm and kind men, thank you so much for the most perfect staff i’ve ever encountered 🫶🏼 not sure why anyone would complain about parking i’ve never had an issue !!!
