Fifty02 Westover Hills Apartments

I’ve been living here for quite some time, and don’t let the nice neighborhood fool you. Management is extremely unresponsive. They rarely address requests the first time; you have to constantly follow up just to get them to do their job. The gate is almost always broken, leaving you sitting there for minutes before realizing it’s not going to open at all. Maintenance isn’t much better either. When I asked them to fix an appliance, I was told to “pray to God about it.” Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience, and I honestly can’t wait for my lease to be over.

Beware of old ladies that will provoke your dogs and follow you home and threaten to report you for not picking up pet waste when she was standing next to the dog waste can with the trash bags so you can’t get any bags to pick up the waste because you don’t want anyone to get hurt. So now you’re really just trying to get away from said crazy lady but she’s follows you throughout the whole complex yelling at you and provoking your dog but she’s going to report you to the office anyways. Can’t wait to move out.

Property photos are gorg & I Was strongly considering moving here but the recent reviews regarding mgmt and the property’s upkeep are crazy. Not sure whats going on but clearly y’all need to do better. Property is too pretty for it to be going this downhill due to negligence . Smh. Guess ill keep looking.
