My daughter stayed here her junior and senior year, while attending Nova Southeastern University. Her Master suite was very spacious and provided all of the amenities she needed. Maintenance was very responsive, as well. After graduating, she decided to stay another year and enjoyed her apartment, once again! One particular staff member, Marlene, was exceptional. She was very helpful with questions and providing information whenever I would text, email or call. This was a great experience for my daughter and my husband and I, being parents, that were hundreds of miles away!

this place is very convenient for students and the apartments are very clean, but this place is very cheaply made. the walls are extremely thin things are always breaking. The staff is very friendly besides marlene shes extremely unhelpful and I can barely ask the other staff a question without them telling me to go, ask her. we have inspections and any little thing she will give you a violation for or fine you for. There's times with the alarms don't stop blasting and they put an alarm directly in your room so it's nonstop If one day you decide to park on the second floor and you live here, they will tow your car, even though you pay rent here every month. These people are extremely money, hungry. I'm not going to say it's not a good place for college student Because I'm in college and it's convenient but the management such as the lady and just all Cheapness of this place is not somewhere I'd like to stay. You could email her and she won't reply. She could fine you for something and you ask her about it and she won't reply. they charge you for everything little thing and play it off as a "cheap residential area". I got fined 1,000 for something i never even touched. Marlene is a terrible property manager. I advise not to move here. And if you do if there's anything SLIGHTLY scratched or damaged in any type of way take a picture because they will fine you thousands of dollars or not give you your security deposit back even it it's something thats previously been there.

University Pointe is an Awesome place to get your feet wet in Miami. Student friendly if you’re a people person and missed those dorm share conditions which I love. Great place to live, work, play and social.
