Beachwood Apartments

I've been here one year and the stray cats are horrible. They have tripled.

Our Manager is trying VERY hard to make this a VERY nice calm,place to live!!!

It's been just about 3 years and my son put in application and on waiting list.Just got a call this morning, awaiting her call back..

I’ve been living in Beachwood apartments since 2015, the neighbors all good to us, and the management changes a lot, which made our life difficult. Crime is moderate, steeling gas from the cars is high, people got attacked three times since I’ve living here because of drugs, which leads to Thift and gun shots

I think that I would love this place. If I could speak to someone from the office. Been applied and has went back on the website and went to my profile and it is saying move in application. I don't understand what that means if I can't speak to anyone. it asking me for all of my personal information and I have been calling the office since last year. but just recently seen that it says move in application.

My mother has been without A/C for going on 3 days now. They don’t care! Do not move here! Poor management, poor maintenance, horrible customer service all around!

I wish they have doors on the closets

My daughter lives there and can't get ahold of this complex ever even emails they don't respond to they are never really open. If she wants a work order she had to go look for the maintenance man I finally got his number for her to contact him when she has one so she don't have to email or call the office since they never respond anyway. Her friend applied last year she keeps getting the run around from the answering service not the front office she can't ahold of them either she calls get the answering service the same man that takes notes but she still don't get a call back from the manager who's Courtney the office has been closed too many times with a note on the door in training smh I don't think every time someone tries to go to the office they always in training someone has to be in that office to answer questions or be in there just in case a resident needs something. This complex is pathetic. I'll be glad when my daughter lease up and I told her friend find somewhere else to move to

Neighbors are incredibly messy and common areas are cluttered to the point it looks like a junkyard.

Why would you continue to advertise when you know you have a waiting list for over 1 to 2 years

They keep locking me out my apartment. I will be getting an attorney. I have mental issues. Horrible management the maintenance manager is the one locking me out.

The property is extremely clean and the management is very very nice. I'm trying to get in there (transfer there) but there is a long waiting list. I would why cuz the management is amazing and that's a plus.

Unsafe place to live...

Glad this place is being renovated and many troublesome tenants are now gone.

Since the new Leasing company has taken over, this property has gotten better. Ms. Sheree and Ms. Tamekia are very professional and helpful.

I started the application process in June. Due to the property being remodeled, the process was lengthy. Throughout this process Ms Sheree Robinson and Ms Temeka , kept me informed. They both were so helpful through the application process and they both are the best. I really want to Thank the both of them for going over and beyond to help me.

Sheree and Tamekia are the best!! Things are getting better here at the property. Mr.Tony is a hardworker. Yay for Beachwood!!!

Under renovations.. The outside of the buildings that are finished look nice.. Cant wait to see the inside once they are finished.. Totally excited for update appliances and new Windows.. The apartments really needed an upgrade. Update: As of August 9th,2022 They are finishing up on the renovations to the apartments I attached a few pictures. They have installed security cameras, new up to date windows. New appliances. New cupboards. Washing machines and dryers to each unit. New AC units. New water heaters. New bathtubs and lighting above the shower/bathtub. Over head lighting with fans in each room. And new stairs have been installed.. The outside looks fresh. Soon the rental office and mailboxes will be fixed up as well..

Currently under renovation. The insides look great, everything is updated. Black appliances. Vinyl floors. More space. The manger and staff are great.

Use this apartment as a stepping stone.They have gone down the last few years.The pest control they use only seem to help the pest multiply,the apartment units never get properly fixed.Everytime it rains my windows flood,my bathroom ceiling fan leaks water and my Ac unit has yet to be replaced.It is over 20 years old and floods my hallway and when they send the maintenance and that’s if he shows up he never properly fixes anything.They are always late on Utility checks for those whom need it.Are quick to threaten people with eviction and claim it is all huds fault even when it is theirs.If there was a word for these apartments it would be Ghetto.The new management has ruined everything and only states they are rehabbing instead of fixing what’s wrong with the apartments first.For this to be helping low income families get on their feet they only seem to care about raising rent to thousands of dollars and pushing people out whom do need the help.The office head does not properly follow hud procedures.She is to busy being nosey and sticking her head into everyone’s business to find out how they came to obtain certain objects in their apartments.Which is highly disrespectful and intrusive.They are using drones to observe us WITHOUT our permission.If you can find a better place please do it and make sure if you come here to keep copies of everything

This place was fantastic! The lore tent really helped me to get in my feet as I was changing my life through both a 12 step program and going to school. These apartments are part of my story, thank you Beachwood!

I give these apartments a fat zero because they are a horrible place to live.

Been here for a few years.....pretty Good place to live as long as you stay to yourself....(Not Bad)... #thankful

They have poor maintenance service. They don’t fix stuff like they should. These apartments are run down . They full of Mildew. My suggestion is they need to remodel these apartments and get better office staff

Other than a little loud music on the weekend it's been mostly quiet. It is convenient to stores , restaurants and a bank. Adventure Landing is down the street as well.
