From the moment I came in to do the application, Amanda was AMAZING. She is literally heaven sent, she made the moving process so smooth and eased my mind through it all. She’s so kind and a beautiful person. Albert is so hard working and made my apartment home before I even moved in. I’m so grateful for them both. Amanda and Albert are so exceptional! 🥹❤️ **2 YEAR UPDATE** I’m so glad I found this apartment, still so grateful for the community I built and the home I had here. Will make this my first apartment a million times. 🥹😭 they’re amazing, don’t listen to the hater reviews never had an issue w rodents or laundry or parking or anything really. Amanda and Albert were amazing always🙏

They definitely remove the bad reviews. This place is disgusting. Miami has become too expensive to live in when a place like this thinks it’s worth over $1800 a month. First, it’s roach infested. Maybe they give the better units to some people but the one I was in had a serious roach problem even with treatment. It’s an old building and clearly not well taken care of. I’d be wary of what else lurks in those walls and would caution anyone moving here to truly inspect the unit you’re being given before accepting it. There are so many units, yet only four or five washers and dryers in the laundry room. How does that make sense? And they’re old cheap machines. So much money yet there isn’t a in-unit laundry machine or even a dish washer. Or even a microwave. Literally, it’s just a fridge, stove and a toilet waiting for you. The roads in front of the building have gigantic holes. You’re testing your car’s durability between those holes and the major flooding that happens during hurricane season. The maintenance guy (if you can call him that) doesn’t do anything promptly. We had a leak and that took way too long to resolve. He definitely picks and chooses who to help, according to these reviews I’m seeing. Were those people incentivized? This place is not worth $1800. You’re better off trying to find something a little more elsewhere with an actual kitchen, laundry room, etc. Also, the parking lot makes no sense. Only one gate to get in and get out. You’re basically side swiping every car when you’re coming and going. I only signed to this place until I could move out of this city. I’m now getting settled in another state for way less than what I was paying to stay in a roach infested, loud, dirty, apartment in a bad neighborhood.

Just moved in to the building and the process for moving was made super easy thanks to Amanda, the leasing agent. From the moment I applied to the present she has been an extremely professional and amazing person to deal with. She made the transition for the move super easy and made us feel very welcomed. Then there is Albert, the maintenance man, he has been extremely helpful and courteous. He helped my significant other and I mount a 70 inch floating entertainment center and we are so satisfied with everything. Our neighbors are friendly and so far we have had no hiccups.

I love love LOOOOOVE living here. Amanda (leasing office agent) is amazing at her job, and they should never let her go. She really needs a raise. That's how amazing she is. Albert (maintenance guy) is always amazing, and he's been around a long time. I love living here so much that I lived here back in 2015, then moved to Vegas and came right back to this apartment. They are easygoing and will help you with anything. When I reapplied to move back after 5 years across the country, I was denied online, but when I reached out and let them know I use to live here, they checked my file and approved me because of my good tenant history. I'm sooooooo grateful to them. I've been back now for 2 years and don't wanna move.
