Wow. I have been trying to call the office for a week to get more information about price and availability — no one picks up the phone 🚫. Since there is no website with actual floor plans, availability, or pricing, it’s hard to get any details. I left a voicemail and received no response. 🚩 Red flag — if people living there are writing about issues and no one picks up the phone or replies to emails… it feels like management doesn’t care about their job

I've been living here since beginning of 2024 and want to give a big shoutout to Alicia for her help and attention from the start. I also appreciate the maintenance crew for their responses. Although some renovations are still needed and the dog trash requires attention, I enjoy living here.

Wow!! Another year at San Marino. That marks 18 years living here. I couldn't feel more at home then how I am living here. It's a great location, and especially the amenities that you to live with and have. It's also a great location, a quick to and from work, and the night life around. Thank you San Marino. Cheers 🥂, to an upcoming two decades calling this my home.

San Marino has been going through some amazing upgrades lately! All five buildings recently had brand-new roofs installed, which was a big investment and really shows the care being put into the community. On top of that, they now have a new renovation team that’s been updating the townhomes from top to bottom, everything from fresh finishes to making sure the plumbing is perfect. Many of the homes have been completely redone and feel like new. The exterior has also been refreshed, with all the buildings repainted just last year. Between the spacious townhomes, private garages, and all the recent improvements, San Marino is looking better than ever. Excited to see how this community keeps growing!

The community is a total catfish. If you want a clean, secure, peaceful, and decent place to live pay a few extra bucks per month and go elsewhere. Our apartment was embarrassing to invite people over. Bathrooms fall apart within a couple of months. They paint over old original 1990's tiles that fall off, and units constantly have water damage due to questionable plumbing. Management doesn't keep their word on arrangements made which is why the tenant turnover is so high. Proceed with caution and super low expectations.
