Horrible staff , association & board you try to rent an apartment very unprofessional very disorganized. I understand it’s a new company but that doesn’t explain the no response when you call. I’m glad I didn’t get that apartment especially they knew my husband was coming from hospice and had no compassion at all but like I said it’s ok I found a beautiful house that my husband has a huge patio to help him recuperate from the stoke. I hope the people that work at Sunset Villas Phase lll never have a family member that needs compassion!!!

Dogs wet ladders and nobody cares. Management Team doesn't care about tenants and dirty tenants can do whatever they want. And even more. Services are suspended without notice, services can be interrupted for weeks, no parking lot enough, very old buildings...

Do not waste your time moving into this condominium. I have the best landlord; however, the association provides the worst service. Their rules and business hours are for those people that do not have regular 8-5 jobs. No one is available to help on the weekend and less if you need to have an item delivered which can only be done M-F 9-4 when everyone is working. being a single women that needs her 9-5 to pay for her rent, There was no help for the association to have furniture delivered 30 minutes after 5pm. In addition to horrible board members there is no parking available for visitors. I am disappointed that those that follow the association rules do not receive help from the association but those that are friends with the board members are able to do as they please.
