The Gardens Residences

This is my first apartment ever, my first ever experience living alone and by far it has been exceptional!!! I love the building, love the amenities, and ofcourse my studio apartment! The building and apartments are very modern and well kept! Big shout out to management and the maintenance personnel that work around the clock to keep it that way. Not to mention the safety of the building itself. I’m a flight attendant and I come home or leave home at random times often times in the middle of the night and not once have I felt unsafe! The building has cameras all over and security personnel on shift. I have an electric vehicle and they have 8 charging areas on site, which actually work and are almost always available which is incredibly convenient for people like me. In summary, it is a very well ran apartment building, often very hard to encounter in Miami, from others experiences in other buildings in Miami. Everyone here is also so pleasant, attentive and friendly. I’ve only been here for a month now but, I’m happily cozy and I can see myself extending this lease or moving on to a bigger apartment eventually, as well as trying to get some of my inflight colleagues looking for a place to come on over and lease here !

The building itself is new, modern, clean and visually appealing, and the apartment design is nice. However, I was very disappointed to learn that the owner refused to provide or allow blinds in the living room. The unit has large floor-to-ceiling windows, and the living area receives direct sunlight for most of the day. This makes the space extremely uncomfortable and impractical, especially for families. I have a two-year-old child who cannot sit on the sofa during the day because of the heat and direct sun exposure. While the property looks good, this basic lack of privacy and sun protection seriously affects the quality of living.

It’s been a year since me and my girlfriend moved in The Gardens Residences and all I can say is that it’s been amazing living experience. We loved our unit, our neighbors, the amenities and building location we decided to renew our lease. The gardens residences has become a lovely, clean and safe community. You can walk around the building with your dog at any time of the day and you can count on security being there 24/7. Lori Laquatra and her entire team have done an excellent job at managing and maintaining the convenience, safety and well being of all their tenants. Thank you for amazing year and many more to come.

After 30 days of searching for the right place to live in Miami after moving from New York City, I finally found the perfect home at The Gardens Residence. The building is brand new, the amenities are incredible, and the atmosphere feels welcoming from the start. Most importantly, I want to sincerely thank Lori for her patience, kindness, and support throughout my application, decision-making, and moving process—I know I’m not always the easiest person to deal with, but she made everything smooth and stress-free. Today was my official move-in day, and I couldn’t be happier. Choosing The Gardens Residence was truly the best decision I could have made.

I saw a bunch of negative reviews, but wouldn’t agree with most of them. Yes, we waited for 4 months to move in, yes, there’s still construction going on, but we received 2 free months + almost 3 weeks of paid hotel stays (literally free housing up $100/hr) before moving in, so I think the company did their best to make amends for delays. This is a new ambitious company and I wish you luck! Thank you for building in North Miami, we like this place!
