Avoid renting here at all costs! This place might look nice and clean at first, but living here was an absolute nightmare. In the short time I stayed, my AC broke over 20 times. Their rule is that if the AC breaks after 5 PM or on weekends, they won’t send anyone unless it’s over 90 degrees outside. Could you imagine being stuck in a hot apartment with a baby in 80+ degree weather? Completely inhumane. At one point, the maintenance guy even suggested that I should go out and buy a water vacuum myself to “vacuum the air”—absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. On top of that, there’s a German roach infestation, and management constantly enters your apartment—even when you’re not home—to fumigate. The so-called “secure gate” they installed is another joke. It constantly malfunctions, leaving you stuck outside after work because their cheap sensors don’t work properly. The management office is the worst part. The manager, Jaqueline, is extremely rude and unprofessional. The office is supposed to open at 9 AM, but even when you go at that time, she sits in her car on her cellphone, rolls down the window, and asks what you want—completely dismissive behavior for someone running the property. And then there’s Michelle, who is always lost in the sauce and never knows anything. On top of that, it took me four months to get my security deposit back. I had to call and email nonstop, and they only returned it after I threatened legal action. I can’t even imagine how many tenants they’ve scammed out of their deposits. Overall, this is by far the worst renting experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor—do not rent here. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

A wonderful place to live, whether you have children, pets, family, or are alone. I highly recommend it.

This complex partakes in predatory towing and their security guards get paid under the table. You need a guest pass to be able to park and visit but can’t get one unless you request it in advance. So imagine you have permission from the tenant and they let you in the gate BUT you still get towed.
