The elevator had been out of order for over a month this is a code violation you have seniors there in wheelchairs and also handicap. What about the visitors that visit that can’t see there live ones? This is sad and management always making excuses going on rent elevator not working. This is a county code violation.

Excellent place to live❤️ ! Ms. Brenda at the office is the best with all residents. Very helpful, thoughtful, friendly and professional, responds immediately when you need help. I’m blessed to be in this community🙏

This is a Senior Community and they violate a lot of ADA rules when it comes to the disabled individuals. This community keeps you hostage in your home, when the elevator is not operational for weeks at a time. This community has more than one floor. All elderly residents are not able bodied to walk up and down stairs. To complain to the younger staff is like telling a joke and nothing is being done about this. The guard gate that is suppose to assist in protecting the elderly is always broken allowing any and everybody entry to the community. I am in the process of contacting an attorney and both ADA and Federal Housing Authority. I am seeking to file a class action law suit for the elderly that reside in this community. This place is not a good choice to reside in.

I echo Kim's comments for my mother-in-law. The elevator needs to be replaced. It was out of service at the beginning of the month and is out again at Christmas. More Guest Parking is also needed.

Always clean, im glad my mom moved here however they really need to fix the elevator. This is an elderly community and many of them can't get around as well as others.
