Lorenzo At East Mil Apartments

Place needs security and a cleaning crew.

It's the worst place I've ever seen. On the day we moved in, which we finished at 9:30 pm, we had to go out and find a hotel at 12:40 am because there was a cockroach infestation. They were coming out of the electrical outlets, there were cockroaches on the ceiling, the walls, the kitchen was overrun with them, and the bathrooms were infested. I had to sit on a chair and put my legs up because there were so many. I had to pay for a hotel. The next day we went to file a complaint and they gave us another apartment, which we went to see and it was in the same condition. After seeing the other apartment, my daughter and I set about getting our things out of that cockroach nest. It's worth mentioning that by that point our belongings were already covered in cockroaches. This means we incurred expenses not only for the hotel, but also for a truck to move our belongings. We had to rent storage for our things, we had nowhere to live, and we couldn't work for a few days while we sorted everything out. We emailed them trying to contact the regional office, and we only received a response 12 days later, notifying us that they had already fumigated. My daughter and I couldn't wait for them to feel like solving the problem. I don't intend to live in those apartments; I have a phobia of cockroaches and am allergic to them. I explained the above in an email and I'm waiting for a response. I just want them to cancel the contract and refund my money, since they breached the contract by not delivering a clean and pest-free apartment that was habitable. My losses have been significant, and I'm very shaken.

I have been living here for almost 3 years and they are so peaceful and nice. Chris in the office is definitely a vibe! They are so professional and responds quickly if there are any issues with your apartment

The apartment is very nice in the inside. Some of the property looks a little challenging, but you can obviously tell they are trying to improve the grounds as much as possible. I had a tour with Breonna. She is really nice and informative. I will say, if you’re going early in the morning to view, set aside extra time in case they’re busy. My appointment started late. The apartment I viewed was the 2 bedroom renovated. It was the biggest layout they have for the 2 bedroom. It was very nice and spacious. I loved it!

I am in the process of moving out for the first time and so far the process has been scary between income requirements and extra fees, but today I went to Lorenzo at East Mill and I met with the office manager Breonna And I can honestly say she broke everything down beautifully She was extremely warm and Professional and the office smelled so good. I can’t get past that. I can honestly say I believe my search is over and I will be moving in in June🥳🥳🥳

Today, I toured one of the one-bedroom units at this apartment complex, and even though they didn’t have availability, they went above and beyond to meet my needs. I got to see a two-bedroom, two-bath unit that was absolutely amazing. The pricing is fantastic, especially for being so close to the Millenia Mall—a major tourist area—so the rates are really reasonable. The amenities are top-notch: a cozy gym, a pool area with grills, and a large, clean laundry room. My leasing agent , Mylik , was just phenomenal—super friendly, clear, and really went the extra mile to help. I’m so impressed and can’t wait to hopefully move in!

I now have baseboards and tile.. He did what he could with the time he had to with with. But... I'm so happy. Thank you VICTOR! I’ve lived in three apartments and this is the worst experience. I’ve lived here since 2/20, between the female manager being rude & dismissive of my concerns/issues, and the maintenance man Victor being more concerned about getting paid rather than what’s going on in my apartment. My breaker box didn’t work properly, lost power in my bathroom, hallway and Kitchen, roaches, my refrigerator was out for three days and they weren’t concerned at all, my toilet broke AND there was a fire diagonal from mine and the lady in the front office said they didn’t need to notify anyone. I lost so much food and they wanted to reimburse me $50 when it was their employees fault that it didnt get taken care of in the 8-12 hours that she said it should’ve been fixed. S2 Regional still hasn’t given me a call back with my concerns on everything and the issues with the employees. Highly recommend people to stay away and not rent here
