The complex is clean and well-maintained, no issues with bugs and features a covered parking deck which is a big added bonus. The attendants are friendly and always helpful. Patricia, my leasing agent, was fantastic and helped me get everything sorted out.

I've been here for a year and with the new management that is now in place, I can genuinely say they’ve worked tirelessly to address the numerous issues that were completely overlooked by the previous management and I certainly appreciate it! It takes time to fix problems that were never resolved and I see the effort for sure! I love my apartment, the pool, grills, and it’s close to EVERYTHING! Keep up the great work!

I just moved into Triton Cay Orlando and I'm absolutely loving it! The staff is super friendly and responsive, the amenities are top-notch, and the apartments are beautifully designed with plenty of natural light. The community feels safe and welcoming, and I'm already feeling at home. Highly recommend Triton Cay to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 stars if I could! Highly recommend!!

I'll start with the negatives, which I didn't feel strong enough to remove a star for: On move-in day, our water heater needed to be fixed, but they were able to schedule it to get fixed the next day. At first we thought the dog park would be too small, but with doggy bags and bins around the entire perimeter of the building, we can take long walks or let our dog run around the dog park perfectly fine. Our dog prefers to take long walks now, so that's what we typically do when it's not raining. It's so peaceful here, and the management team takes good care of the residents (shoutout to Kaili of course). While touring, we mentioned some things our previous apartments had that would make the dog park better, and after we moved in, we noticed they added one of the improvements we mentioned. They were also very transparent through the entire move-in process. We love it here, and with access to both Sand Lake Road and Kirkman Road, we have a lot of options to avoid even the thickest rush hour traffic to get to any place we need between Universal and Disney! We actually started moving in during both MegaCon and spring break and still were able to get through International Blvd, Universal Blvd, and mainly Sand Lake Rd in our case pretty fine even with all that extra traffic.

Amazing place to live. — Your surrounded by perfect stillness at time times and yet your in the middle I-drive. Can't ask for more. The amenities are excellent. Thanks Kaili Ordiales from the staff for the help and guidance before and after I moved here. The amenities are just perfect - be it the clubhouse area, game room, swimming pool, dog play area and the fact the you can drive up to the floor your in which is a blessing when you're moving in. Only thing they can add on, is the kids playing area, may be in the center of building 2, at the back which is currently an open space.
