The Edge Apartments

had maintaince go in my room as SOON as i left when i came back he was “fixing” something that didn’t need to be fixed, my fire detector was unscrewed and pretty sure something was placed in there cus “maintenance” said it falls out alll time time it ain’t fell ONCE since he “fixed it” constantly stomping upstairs and even during “quiet hours” the office neglected to provide and safe and peaceful environment during those times since they didn’t do anything to solve it to the point cops had to be called. i was accused of smoking when i was burning sage …got a charge with no notice or investigation….my roomates however constantly burned allergy ridden candles which is also against the edges rules but nothing was done ..roomates being very loud at 3 in the morning was also not okay not to mention my mail was NOT getting delivered.. management said they need the tenants permission, When is a literal PO Box they have the keys to check. And they refused DO NOT LEASE FROM HERE ITS THE MOST SKETCHY PLACE IN PENSACOLA

Very disappointed in what they gave me. No working ethernet, the pool doesnt work. The dryers and washers are very faulty as well as the microwave appliance. I wish I never leased here. Edit: I noticed the edge was recently bought by another company very recently, the lady at the desk was very polite and most of the reasons their stuff doesnt work isnt really their fault. You must contact WhiteSky for problems concerning internet, If you experience power issues, try messing with the fuse box before contacting them (of course make sure you know what youre doing). The pool isnt working, and it’s not due to their lack of care. Im sure it will get better with time. Edit: Their internet shut down repeatedly, and because of this, I am not able to do my schoolwork. Do not lease here.

I really enjoy the vibe at The Edge! The community has a very spirited and welcoming energy that makes it a great place to live. I’ve also found the management to be incredibly understanding they are easy to talk to and genuinely seem to care about the residents experience. It’s a solid choice if you want a supportive environment and a great location near campus!

I absolutely love living at the Edge Apartments. I love the convenient location to all the restaurants and shops in the area to being close to my work at the airport. I love the staff and how friendly everyone is as well as all the quick responses when you need something fixed or replaced. All of the amenities are amazing here. We have access to a pool, a gym, a yoga room, as well as a tanning bed, a fenced in dog area to play and a computer lab where you can do you homework or printing as you need and a wonderful clubhouse to enjoy with friends. One of the best things I love about this apartment is all the fun activities and the drawings and events they put on monthly. They love to do fun giveaways and bring in free food for the residents to enjoy bringing us closer together. I have been living at these apartments for 2 years now and I just signed another 15 month lease due to an awesome promo they were promoting bringing my rent down to only $625 a month making this place one of the most affordable apartments in the Pensacola area where everywhere else has only skyrocketed the rent prices to astronomical prices people can’t afford. I will most definitely be signing new leases here again.
