I would strongly encourage anyone considering Stadium Enclave to look at other housing options in Tallahassee before signing a lease. What appears to be a decent student housing community from the outside is, in reality, poorly managed and consistently disappointing. Management provides conflicting information, communication is unreliable, and residents often feel like they are being nickel-and-dimed at every opportunity. The property amenities are frequently unavailable. The pool was closed for months, and safety issues lingered far longer than they should have. At one point, balcony concerns resulted in exterior doors that open directly to the outside being locked for months, creating ongoing frustration and inconvenience for residents. Package handling has also been a problem, with deliveries going missing and little accountability when issues arise. Meanwhile, residents are subjected to aggressive towing enforcement, with tow trucks seemingly circling the property looking for opportunities to tow vehicles. The most frustrating part is that many of these issues are not isolated incidents but part of a broader pattern of poor management and lack of responsiveness. There are plenty of student housing options in Tallahassee. Do your homework, tour multiple properties, and demand better. Don't be fooled by the appearance of Stadium Enclave. What looks acceptable from the outside is likely to disappoint once you move

The place has either bottled reviews or is cohering people. This place is so expensive they nickle and dime you for everything if they could charge you for breathing they would. All this would be fine if it was "luxury living" but it is run down apartments my unit had pieces of floor missing and overall sloppy work done with gaps in the counters etc. this place is also infested with roaches and they do not do anything about it and basically just shrug their shoulders about it. Go elsewhere.

Riley at Stadium Enclave is so friendly and welcoming! Every interaction with her has been positive, and she always has such a great attitude. She makes the environment feel comfortable and inviting, and you can tell she genuinely cares about people.
