Great place to live. The staff here are polite and responsive, and they keep us informed about events and anything going on in the community. Maintenance is fast and reliable; Josias is always friendly and professional. He’s helped me out several times and always gets things fixed quickly

These apartments are the very best. The customer service is amazing and the office staff really looks out for your well being. They are also really great at solving any issues you may have immediately. The maintenance crew is very respectful when being in your home, and fast and efficient. I hope that more apartments learn from this staff in other places. If you're looking for security, great apartment layout design, amazing amenities then check this place out you won't regret it.😁

I moved here back in Aug of 2025 and I don’t regret at all. My husband and I love the amenities and how clean the complex stays. Friendly staff, office and lounge spaces always smell great. Not to mention, we have Epic Centre right behind our complex coupled with restaurants and great walking trail to spend family time. Lastly, we got Grand Prairie PD as close neighbors, which makes the community feel safer. Highly recommend this community, for singles, couples and families.

My boyfriend and I toured the Bexley at Central Park and immediately was stunned at the club house/lounge, not to mention the amazing layouts! So beautiful and spacious, with plenty amenities to choose from. Brenda, who works on the property, did our tour and provided us with great information. She was very knowledgeable of the property and answered every single one of our questions. She was truly a joy to meet and work with. She made the decision making process quite easy for my boyfriend and I! Loved it!!

I recently moved in to Bexley Central Park and my experience has been nothing but amazing from start to finish. Shoutouts to Brenda, Bella, and Josias, who have gone above and beyond to make my move in and stay great at Bexley Central Park. The leasing staff is incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process( from applying to moving in). I would say if possible, to look at unit moving into so that you don't get caught off guard with aesthetics of the appliances( refrigerator was a little dinged up and noticeable with it being stainless steal), but other than that, everything else was good. Maintenance request(the few I have had) were handled quickly and staff are always friendly and professional. The community is quiet, clean and well maintained. I couldn't be happier with my decision to move to Bexley Central Park. :)
