Do not move over here. Thay are dis respectful and thay will tow your car if it's parked in visitor. Thay take the registration up and down so you want no to register the vehicle. The ladies at the office Victoria sucks . She will tow your car for nothing. Her property management skill are terrible. The apartment has roaches. I will never live there again

I looked at this apartment on 08/28 and called to check on my application and was told they were still reviewing it and it could take UP to 72 hours for the application process. They then reached out to me saying they needed my bank statements on 09/02 because of the holiday(understandable). I emailed them moments later. I called back to check the next day and was told Serenity was out of office and is the only one that can approve the application. Keep in mind when. I toured the complex earlier that week, she had been on vacation. Came back just to call out and since no one in the office has the authority, you just have to wait and hope she doesn’t call in again. I checked back the next day and luckily she was there and advised that she was still waiting on my bank statements. I told her I sent them the day prior to HER email when max requested them and she said she hadn’t gone through it yet. She then said she had to wait for Max to upload them. I ended up finding a better and nicer apartment and was approved within 24 hours. At this point they hadn’t reached out to me at all to let me know what was going on. Wether approved or not, they should’ve gave me an answer in a timely manner. I paid a wasted $238 just for Max to reach out after 3 weeks to let me know they were just now about to review my bank statements. This was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had when dealing with an apartment. I don’t think they want anyone to rent there since they take forever on an application. I called the office to let them know they didn’t need to review my statements after 3 weeks and just forget it. I pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else. No matter how many times you call to check, they come up with an excuse as to why they haven’t reviewed it yet. Please beware before you give them your money.

Having worked closely with Parkside Condos, I can confidently say it's a top-notch community. While occasional maintenance delays may occur due to the diverse ownership structure typical of condos, the overall experience is excellent. The location offers easy access to Randol Mill Park and various amenities, making it a desirable place to live. The cleanliness and safety of the complex are commendable, making it an ideal choice for anyone seeking a convenient and secure living environment in Arlington.
