I recently toured The Campbell Apartments & Townhomes and wanted to share my experience. Alex, one of the managers, showed me several units and was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer my questions and made sure I had a clear understanding of the layouts, amenities, and features. The apartments themselves are nice, clean, and well-maintained. The finishes and layouts are thoughtfully done, and everything felt updated and comfortable. I can definitely see how it would be a great option for many people. After touring, I decided it just wasn't the right fit for me at this time. That said, I had a positive experience overall and appreciated the time and effort Alex put into showing me around.

I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer at The Campbell. She was very kind, welcoming, and full of positive energy—greeted me with a warm smile and truly listened to everything I had to say. The property is beautiful and well maintained, and the staff is amazing. I highly recommend Jennifer and this community!

I am extremely disappointed with this apartment complex due to a serious and harmful error. I never lived at this property, never signed a lease, and never took possession of an apartment. The only interaction I ever had with this complex was touring the property while apartment hunting. Despite this, the apartment has reported a balance to my credit, which is completely inaccurate and unacceptable. This has negatively impacted my credit and caused unnecessary stress and time spent disputing something that should have never occurred. There is no legal or factual basis for this charge, and it reflects poor record-keeping and a lack of accountability. I expect this matter to be corrected immediately and the false report removed from my credit history. I strongly caution others to carefully monitor their applications and credit if dealing with this property.

There couple of problems with living in this apartment complex . First there is a-lot of different type of bug’s it seem to change by season’s. Second this apartment is extremely money hungry my rent is 899 but I paid close to $200 of utilities. What they don’t tell you that 60 days after your lease has end actually you still need to paid it . Third the lease office love to change their mind don’t listen to anything they tell you . I went to office to gave my two months notice and I specifically ask for my last rent when do I paid it . The women in the leasing office told me when it was my last day. My last second Thursday before my lease end the manager of this apartment complex call me just to yelling at me and threatening me with eviction. Even when I told her I went not once but twice i went to lease office to ask when do I paid my last rent and it was the same answer. She reply still yelling at me by the way you didn’t talk to manger. But here the thing every time you go to lease office there new manager and different person at the sitting in lease office. So when I went to paid there already put late charge on my rent. Another reason rude just plain rude not professional at all plZ Please please please save yourself the headache don’t move here.
