Love this complex and the way mark and Terrell help carry everyone on the smooth transition to making this home! I love seeing everyone’s warm faces in the office. Fantasia is also such an amazing assistant manager! Thank you to everyone.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Sondery Apartments! From the moment I toured, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The team is professional, responsive, and truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and peaceful. The amenities are thoughtfully designed, and you can tell management takes pride in keeping everything clean and inviting. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and with kindness. What really sets The Sondery apart is the level of customer service. It doesn’t feel like just another apartment complex — it feels like a community. I would absolutely recommend The Sondery to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and exceptional management.

The Sondery is literally the best place in Austin to live! The front office staff are amazing, they answer every question in a timely manner and they throw some really cool events. The apartments and finishes are beautiful and having my home so close to everything I need is the best part. I would highly recommend The Sondery to anyone moving in Austin!

My move in has been a breeze, thanks to Terrell, Mark and Emily at the front desk who have been phenomenal. They even took time out to make sure I could be moved in on Labour day which is a holiday!! Also the apartment building is new, super clean and maintenance has been on par. Fernando is the man!!

I love my apartment and location at Sondery! My studio feels spacious with the bright finishes and high ceilings. The team has been nothing short of amazing as they are highly communicative about the property and always responsive with questions or issues. Maintenance is quick as well which I love. Definitely well priced I think with the nice amenities and proximity to downtown. Definitely recommend!
