Really nice apartments owned by UT. More focused on the actual apartment and room with responsive maintenance and front desk but less aesthetics and study spaces. Always have at least 2 elevators working which is great, thankfully. Rooms and living rooms have great lighting and some apts have floor to ceiling windows in the living rooms. They also have the option to release your contract if you have an internship or are graduating. Overall, responsive service and good management!

Lived here for 2 years under UT management, I like the security that the place offers ( having to use your UT id for the elevator as well as access the building after hours) However, I do think it is a bit overpriced for what you get. The elevators are ALWAYS broken ( some being broken for semesters at a time). I lived in a 2x2 and found the kitchen and living room to be spacious for the both of us. The washers and dryers are kinda low quality, and the water takes FOREVER to get hot. The worst part is that I can only get 15 minute hot showers, and my bathroom sink pressure SUCKS. The parking is pretty expensive, and the rent and cost of Parking only seem to go up every year. I know this place is better than most, but they still have some work to do. Otherwise the staff is super friendly. Oh and I love that they're one of the only apartments that will let you break your lease for graduation/military/internships!

It’s a dorm owned by UT, not an apartment. You’ll need to check in your guests, deal with UT rules and policies and also fight a competitive waitlist to live here. That being said it’s a perfectly fine building and it’s the only place in west campus that offers a 9 month lease (although it costs more)
