Yazmmin was extremely helpful with answering my questions I had about the apartment complex. Amazing management!!! Everyone inside the office was also incredibly friendly. Extremely good rates!

TLDR: New resident: Great location, amenities, pricing, and staff. Smooth leasing process. Only downside: confusing third-party emails during move-in. No cameras allowed, which feels like a safety downside. Full Review: I’m happy to say I’ve recently joined the community at Arboretum Oaks, thanks partly to the treatment from the leasing staff. Candice is a gem - Arboretum Oaks is blessed to have her. She was informative, friendly, and so responsive throughout the application and leasing process. I did not get to speak to Kamryn much, but she was kind, and a friend of mine toured with her and had nothing but good things to say. The impression was so great that my friend followed behind me to lease at this property as well! ✅ Competitive specials and pricing ✅ Good amenities ✅ Property feels safe and open; less crowding between buildings than other properties nearby. Location is great! The property is older but seems well-maintained. I wanted a simple, safe apartment with big windows, proximity to stores, and a WD in unit, at a good price – and this property checks those boxes and more. The third-party/mgmt emails during move-in can be confusing – not the leasing staff’s fault. The actual lease is LONG, so pull up a chair before you sign. I also can't tell if doorbell cameras are allowed at all – feels like a safety concern, but we'll see. They're only serviced by Spectrum and AT&T "Air" internet – no Fiber, unfortunately! I’ll update my review in 6-12 months. So far, so good, and I’m looking forward to my time at Arboretum Oaks!

I moved here end of Aug '25, so this is a new and real review! Take Google Reviews with a grain of salt, every apartment I researched had scary reviews so I used a locator to help me find a spot when I was still living in Philadelphia. I have a great credit score, have no issues paying rent on-time and consider myself a generally low-maintenance person, so hopefully that provides a bit of context for like-minded people looking at reviews for this complex. Arboretum Oaks has been stellar since before I even moved in. They answered all the questions I had prior to my application, were on-time for my locator when she toured the space, and it was a seamless process from application to move-in. My car was shipped from Philly and they even accepted the keys and had it parked in a safe location - not a job they're responsible for, but they were happy to do so when I hadn't yet arrived in Austin. My unit was clean and move-in ready, and there's routine pest control and maintenance on the grounds all the time. There were a couple of issues with the faucets in my apartment, but they were addressed within 24 hours of the maintenance request so I don't knock stars for that! The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, and I haven't noticed signs of dog poop, trash, or unkept communal spaces. The pool feels like an oasis - I wish the leaves were cleaned a bit more often, but it's under a bunch of trees, so I don't know how much of that is their fault. Parking is plentiful and packages arrive in their secure mailroom or right at my door. Emails can be a bit of a slow response - but they're busy, and if I ever walk over, they are so nice and have my questions answered right away. It's a great front office staff and they're very welcoming. It's an affordable place to live in a very accessible location!

I’ve lived at Arboretum Oaks for going on 6 years. The apartments are in a great location- close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. All walkable distances. The office staff is nice and understanding in the many interactions I’ve had with them. There definitely have been times that unforeseen problems have occurred, but for the most part I feel that they were taken care of by staff. Maintenance is friendly.

Lived here 2 years. It's pretty nice to live at, I love being able to walk to Trader Joe's, starbucks, and the arboretum stores. Parking is good, complex feels safe and quiet. I love the new dog park, and all the green and quiet, shaded areas to walk my dog. The gym and pool are always well kept. I never once felt unsafe walking around here at night. Onto some not so great things- The chimney/bar area roof would leak badly whenever it rained. The water damage was pretty bad. It got moldy in the corner. Nothing was done about the mold until I moved out, even though I let the office and maintenance know about this issue repeatedly. And if you live in the smallest 1bd unit, getting a stackable washer/dryer in the closet space into the laughably too-small closet for it is sad, and is a real headache to both install and remove a unit. I had to get my door removed, because otherwise you can't close the door and it doesn't really fit. That stuff aside, if I was in a unit that wasn't moldy and leaky I'd definitely live here again.
