This apartment complex is unsafe and poorly managed. Day and night, there is a strong and constant smell of marijuana and drugs throughout the building. The environment feels unsafe for families, especially for children. There is frequent police presence inside the complex, which clearly shows ongoing problems with security and illegal activity. Despite this, management does absolutely nothing to address these issues. I reported these problems many times, but there was no follow-up, no action, and no concern for residents’ safety or well-being. Between the nonstop noise, drug smells, and lack of security, living here became unbearable. I would strongly advise families and anyone looking for a peaceful place to live to stay away from this property

strongly do NOT recommend Bridge at Harris Ridge. For approximately four months, my family experienced severe, daily, and ongoing noise disturbance from the upstairs unit, including late-night hours. This constant noise caused serious stress and discomfort for my family and children. I contacted the apartment office and management repeatedly and consistently, sometimes daily. Unfortunately, no warnings, no enforcement, and no corrective actions were taken against the noisy tenants. Due to management’s complete lack of response and failure to protect my right to quiet enjoyment, I was forced to terminate my lease three months early, resulting in significant financial loss, as I had to pay rent for two residences simultaneously for three months. This management does not prioritize residents’ well-being. Future renters should be aware of this before signing a lease.

As an affordable property it’s understandable its a process to apply and rent but Thanks to Miss Carolina who always attended us with a friendly smile and energy she helped us a lot with explaining what documents exactly were needed and kept us up to date with the application process making it easier for my family and I to call this our home. Even after moving in she is always caring for her residents.

From the application process to move-in day, the leasing staff was incredibly helpful and explained everything with clarity and professionalism. They were kind and made me feel like I truly belonged here, a real sense of home. I appreciate the leasing specialist who guided me through every step of the way, and the office always made me feel at ease and appreciated whenever I came in. Not only is this place affordable, but the entire experience was also positive, smooth, and fast!
