Bridge at Steiner Ranch Apartments

Awful!!! Signed here for 1 year but moved out early. Management is awful, I had major safety issues with my roommate and many lease violations — which I emailed proof of to management MANY times. They did absolutely nothing. I filed police reports— they still did nothing. After move out— I was left with a massive bill from damages from my roommate that I complained about the entire lease. Yet management still refused to put any blame on my roommate. Pool was closed for months and bathroom at the pool was out of order even longer. Packages were stolen out of the package room many times. Entrance Gate was inconsistent on working. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Dont move here.

I just moved out after living here for 3 years and buying a home. It’s an amazing community with a very friendly staff. The team does keep the community looking great with mowing weekly, trash area kept clean. The actual apartment was nice and only had 2-3 maintenance incidents that were very minor fixes but maintenance came within 24 hours each time and resolved. Overall very pleasant experience and felt very safe and quiet. I’d definitely recommend anyone move here for a great place to live after the experience I had.

My 2nd review after renewing my lease. Our experience has been great! It's a peaceful, safe, and clean place to live. It's a no nonsense community with classy and friendly residents. Perhaps, I'm lucky to live in a building with conscientious neighbors, but it's exceedingly rare to hear any noise. Kudos to the management team who run a tight ship (fairly, professionally, and honestly) to keep standards high. I've found them to be pragmatic and eager to help. The maintenance team is friendly, fast, and super responsive. Your home should not be a source of stress, complication, or anxiety. If you're looking for a comfortable and worry free place to live, I highly recommend Bride at SR

I can’t say enough good things about Bridge apartments! Maintenance is on point and thorough when needed. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the management (Shelia and Griselda) and leasing staff they have been polite,helpful and accommodating when needed. The views and safety in this area make it by far the best place to rent in Austin. Highly recommend 👍

I had a very pleasant experience touring the Bridge at Steiner Ranch property on yesterday. Katrina was the leasing agent that helped me and provided me with exceptional customer service. She was knowledgeable, informative, and very transparent. The property is beautiful and is surrounded by amazing views. This was absolutely one of my favorite properties that I have visited in the area.
