This is a repost because my review got buried.... This review is to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent move-out experience at Canyon Springs at Bull Creek. The entire process was incredibly stressful and upsetting due to the incompetence and unprofessionalism of the property manager, Alexa. Broken Promises and Miscommunication: I specifically discussed my move-out date with Alexa a week before Christmas. I informed her that my lease ended on the 3rd, but I planned to move out on the 16th. Alexa assured me she would note this on my account and that I could let her know if I could move out sooner. Last-Minute Eviction Notice: Despite our prior conversation, Alexa informed me on January 6th that I had to vacate the property by the following day, January 7th, as she had already leased my unit to someone else starting on the 10th. This left me with only one day to arrange and complete my entire move, causing immense stress and disruption to my life. Unprofessional and Abusive Behavior: When I called Alexa on January 7th to express my concerns and request a reasonable extension, she became defensive, argumentative, and even threatened me with eviction if I did not vacate by 8:30 AM the following day. She spoke over me, yelled at me, and ultimately hung up the phone. Lack of Accountability: I contacted the regional manager, Christie Gallimore, to report Alexa's unprofessional behavior and the significant distress caused by her actions. However, I have yet to receive any response after leaving a voicemail and an email letting her know to contact me. This move-out experience was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. Alexa's incompetence and unprofessionalism caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I urge potential residents to consider these experiences before choosing to live at Canyon Springs at Bull Creek.

Lovely staff. Very professional and caring. Beautiful property and awesome kind neighbors. It’s very calm and quiet. Great location and conveniently right off highway and somehow zero highway sound is heard.

Thank you Alexa for your constant efforts in always taking care of us here in Canyon Springs. You, your assistants are very much appreciated, as is the maintenance team. Management and maintenance under Alexa has been the best thing for me and the residents here. Thank you to all of you, especially to Alexa bringing on change and great communication since being at the helm.
