Cole Apartments

We’ve just signed for our third year here. You can’t beat the location. The front office staff is excellent and so is the maintenance team. We have had prompt resolutions that are actual fixes rather than short-lived patches. The pool and gym are on the smaller side, yes, but it doesn’t matter much when you have Zilker, the hike & bike trail, and other gyms nearby. We’ve experienced a quiet atmosphere, park on our floor, and have had guests park & visit without issue. We did have one package stolen a year ago and switched to the signature-required option on Fetch, no issues after that. If we need something sooner (since Fetch can sometimes add a day is a time slot isn’t convenient), we do an Amazon locker nearby. Slight inconvenience, but we don’t order much online anyways. Have really enjoyed living here! The unit is spacious, and has amazing natural light with its large windows. Enjoy walking to The Carpenter next door for coffee, The Loren, or Mañana across the pedestrian bridge.

I recently moved to Austin, Texas. I found The Edison online and when I visited I was given a tour by Ashlyn. Ashlyn was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect space that fit my needs. I am really looking forward to living at The Edison and Austin being home this upcoming year! -Matt N

The Cole is the best apartment complex I've lived in when it comes to Austin and I work in Real Estate so that's saying a lot! I just finished my first lease term and will be 100% renewing! Carly and the entire staff have been super accommodating and always come through when I need them! 10/10 recommend, also my pup LOVES it here!

I have lived at Cole for about 9 months. The customer service has been excellent including both the leasing office and maintenance staff. Pool area is clean and well maintained. It's a short walk to Pfluger Pedestrian Bridge which is perfect. Overall it's highly recommended. One small con is that the upstairs noise can be a little much at times (compared to other apartments I've lived in), but this doesn't usually happen at night and people seem to respect the quiet hours for the most part.

We were fortunate to live at the Cole for nearly three years. Regarding the space, the location could not be better: walking distance to Lady Bird Lake, downtown, ACL...you get the picture. The apartment itself had a super cozy, open environment with huge windows facing downtown Austin (we had a 4th-floor unit with a balcony looking north). All the other apartments we looked at during our search had tiny living rooms, but the Cole allowed plenty of room to entertain. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets were all spacious, which is plus, plus, plus. I can not say enough about Carly and her team. From the leasing office to the maintenance crew, everyone was amazing. Carly was on it whenever we had an issue and ALWAYS with a smile. The maintenance crew usually had repairs/maintenance done within a day or two. Plus, the staff did a great job creating monthly events so we could get to know our neighbors. Top-notch customer service, indeed. We always felt safe and secure in the environment. Our neighbors were excellent and friendly and the amenities were just what we needed. Seriously, it was a fantastic experience. Carly and the Cole are the best!
