This place takes care of us. The management and maintenance is super responsive. There's also 2 types of dog parks, so if your furry friend is more low key- they've got a park that suits that vibe. My only issue is the pool evening lighting, I'd prefer no lighting when the pool closes for the night since we face onto the pool court. The head manager keeps this place friendly and we've loved working with them, no big complaints here.

Madelyn in the office is the absolute best! So helpful and kind. I toured with her and she showed me a few different 1-bedroom options - knew about all of the specials, fees & process, and explained next steps. The office is a tightknit group - it says a lot when the team loves where they work and shows that it's a great place to be!

This place is awesome! I just moved here from NZ and the staff here is very kind and answers all questions. Madelyn took our tour and was very helpful. So far all residents have been very kind and the apartment is in great condition. I really like the gym and security of the place.

I’ve lived here for about 8 months now! I love the location, amenities, and staff. Any requests to get something fixed have been addressed within a day or 2. The office staff host monthly events which is a nice way to meet your neighbors in the building! There’s now a new convenience store in the building which makes it sooo easy if you just need some eggs, milk, or quick dinner. Pool and rooftop lounge are beautiful. The location is a super easy drive or uber to downtown, and you can get to most places without having to hop on i-35. Only downside is that I do find the walls rather thin! While I can’t exactly make out what my neighbors are saying I can still hear them more so than other buildings I’ve lived in. It’s not enough to make me want to move since everything else about the place is amazing, but I could see it bothering someone if you’re wanting something more quiet. I will likely renew when it comes time to renew my lease.
