I have lived at this apartment complex for a couple of years, and have experienced its unfortunate decline from a once outstanding place to live, to a subpar community. First, the gym has deteriorated to worse than a budget gym. A group of residents bring several non-residents to the gym every day. They bring loud speakers, they take their clothes off to pose in front of mirrors in practically their underwear, and they make the entire gym feel uncomfortable. The past several months working out anytime in the evening means this group, broken stationary bikes, and no water filter. These residents are friends with the front office, therefore nothing will ever get fixed. If you plan on using the gym while living here, I'd recommend finding an alternative. Second, since the management transition several months ago, all resident communication has practically halted. No communication regarding trash pick up during the holiday season, no updates on broken facilities (like the gym water dispenser), an no guideline reminders. Rent due date reminders have not stopped, of course. Lastly, the apartments are good shape for the most part. Although the window insulation is not sufficient to cancel highway noise or the pickle ball court players at midnight, everything works and are overall spacious. TL;DR: if the gym is important to you, find a different apartment complex.

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience. The noise insulation on the ground floor is nonexistent. You can hear every footstep from above, and the floor shakes significantly, which is incredibly stressful. Despite raising these concerns with management, nothing changed, which ultimately led to my decision not to renew my lease. The build quality and structural integrity do not reflect the "Luxury" label this complex claims. I strongly advise against choosing a unit on the first or second floor.

Lived here for over a year and unfortunately cannot recommend this place. First and most importantly, safety was a huge issue. On several occasions random people were pulling front door handle or even forcefully tried to get in. I’ve contacted law enforcement and got a license plate of a person who forcefully tried to open the door. When I brought it up to management - asking to check if license plate is registered to the neighborhood, they could not care less and just brushed it off as “someone mixing up the apartment”. This leads to another issue - gate is broken pretty much every other month, in some cases taking up to a month to get it fixed. Moving on to living conditions… At first and upon touring everything looks great, however when you start living there you very quickly notice the issues. 1. You can hear your neighbors when they enter and leave the apartment, walls are very thin and shake when neighbors open/close their front door. 2. Ants - I lived on the 3rd floor and kept apartment clean, but due to the poor build ants lived inside walls and under flooring. Depending on the season it can get really bad, leading to another issue.. 3. Maintenance - pest control requests were marked as complete without anyone showing up, which was unprofessional and no other follow up happened. No notes, no updates - nothing And finally have not received deposit back after 30 days of move out, which is against the lease contract. Upon emailing and asking for update - got no response from mgmt…

Had an amazing tour with Kyli the other day. Leasing agents can often be indifferent, pushy, uninformative and can act like you're a nuisance. This was definitely not the case with Kyli. I was very pleased with the experience provided by Kyli. She was upbeat, energetic, tailored the tour to the needs of my client. She was very informative not only to the leasing process but she painted a very positive picture of the day to day benefits of being a resident. I look forward to bringing many more clients to Kyli and Lenox after such a positive experience

Great experience living here for about 5 months. Maintenance is responsive (although I haven't had major issues), the common areas are clean and comfortable, my apartment is in great condition, and the staff is helpful and friendly. They also have very thoughtful and creative events for residents.
