Don't even come, you're the worst I've ever known.

They don't offer solutions. I've been here since 10 am and they're not open. I have a contract for 699 and this month it came to 844. How can my water bill be 145 when my electricity bill is 40 dollars?

Terrible, they never fix things that break down. The air conditioner broke and they haven't come to fix it, there's no light outside because they won't fix it, the pool is empty in this heat, and the floor is already coming apart all over the living room. We've filed several reports and nothing has been done. It's not worth paying rent here; don't even bother applying.
