Marcia went above and beyond spending hours helping me and another girl simultaneously while the WiFi was going out and website glitched. She just kept helping us determined to figure it out. Very dedicated and compassionate

We moved into these apartments right before a change in management and have not been disappointed. The new management has great hospitality and helpful employees and they are moving swiftly to make investments across the community. Improving lighting, roads, parking and amenities. These apartments are in a great location with everything to do within 20 minutes. Right off major highways so traveling any direction is a breeze, also walking distance to many grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Highly recommend as these apartments offer a great location, living experience and value for their price.

I’m a realtor, and working with Michelle Forbes, the manager at Mission James Place, and Amy at the leasing desk has been an absolute pleasure. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care for residents and agents alike are unmatched. They consistently go above and beyond to make the leasing process seamless for my clients and stress free for me. I’ve worked with many apartment communities, but none compare to the courtesy and attention I receive here. Mission James Place is truly a standout, and I look forward to bringing many more clients their way!

Actually unbelievable levels of incompetence. Over 2 weeks with no AC, the temporary unit they installed flooded my apartment, and now the "fixed" AC is spewing water from the ceiling. A hole is forming and I have attempted to contact them in every way possible. They do not care about you, your safety, or the condition of their apartments whatsoever as far as I can tell. Avoid at all costs.

If you want to live in an apartment infested with german cockroaches, then I would definitely recommend living here! My boyfriend had to suffer months of an infestation that management refused to address. Although they continuously told him that they would send someone out to fix it, this NEVER happened. In fact, even though they refused to help resolve this issue, they still would not allow him to break his lease (even though he only had one month left). It is incredibly unethical to force someone to live in these conditions, and the management should be ashamed of themselves. It is clear from other reviews left by tenants, this is a pattern, and the management is all around extremely incompetent, and does not treat their tenants with any form of basic human decency. Luckily, my boyfriend has documented the several emails sent to management, which included multiple photos and videos of the infestation. We will be sharing this with the proper authorities due to their gross negligence. I have attached photos and videos below to show what the management was able to see, and continued to ignore. If you want to preserve your mental, emotional and physical health - do NOT live here. Hopefully after we share the email threads + pictures with the proper authorities, they will face some sort of repercussion. My advice to anyone reading this- if you are thinking of living here, make sure you don't mind living in a gross unit, with a management that is clearly lazy/useless. Also, make sure you are okay with throwing away the majority of your belongings when you move out, so that you don't take an infestation from this godforsaken complex to your next one (and don't expect to be compensated). Oh yeah, and one final thing - we had someone try to break into his apartment at 11:00 pm one time, and had to call the police and hide in his bathroom until they arrived. Somehow the fact that this apartment isn't in a safe area, with people constantly wandering around, trying to break into cars, was not the worst thing about it... which is sad .. and embarrassing. Response to owner: Your response is just another example of management’s failure to take accountability. My boyfriend moved out a month ago, and the current management is who continuously ignored this issue. So once again, anyone reading this - this apartment complex sucks.
