I enjoyed staying here for 2 years. It’s a somewhat hidden gem in West Campus, and is in a perfect location. The apartments are small, but they’re a good price for the location. And the biggest thing for me is that they have great management. If Chris is still running the show for the West Side Group, then know that you’ll be in good hands (which is rare for West Campus apartments). When my neighbor’s apartment flooded, they replaced my entire floor quickly and let me stay at one of their other apartment complexes, while Chris also helped me move my stuff. And when I had any other issue, I knew I could reach out to Chris and have it fixed quickly. I also got my full deposit back and was not charged any ridiculously costly repairs, like other apartments in West Campus have done to me before. Overall, moving-in, living here, and moving-out were all great experiences, and I’m appreciative of Chris and the management company for being top-tier and ensuring a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a solid, 1-bedroom apartment to stay for a fine price in West Campus with good management, then this might be your best option. *Do note that there is a fraternity behind the apartments, but with white noise, they never really bothered me. Still, they do like to play music outside pretty late. So if you’re in one of the apartments directly backed up to the fraternity, like I was, then make sure you use white noise (the a/c running was enough to block it out for me).

Lived here from 2019-2022 and absolutely loved this place!! Not the most updated setup in the world, but the studio space is the perfect size and setup to create great memories while in college. The square isn’t anything to write home to about, but it’s just small and secluded enough that you’ll get to know your neighbors. Within walking distance to UT, especially if you’re a Moody major. Rio Grande is well lit at night, and West Campus has enough student activity that it’s more or less safe at all times. The area usually has horrible frat music playing on the weekends, but that comes with the territory of living in west campus. I’m so glad I was able to experience an affordable place like this rather than a large high rise apartment situation!!!

I lived here for a year and had a great experience! The Westside Group is, so far, the most helpful and proactive property management company I've worked with while living in Austin. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a very timely manner and the staff at the office and the maintenance crew were all very pleasant. As for the unit, it was small but very nice inside; perfect for someone living alone or even a couple if they don't need much space. The fact that it's within walking distance of campus and some restaurants is always a plus. I would recommend this place to others in a heartbeat!

I think the complex is perfect for students or young professionals getting their start. Very charming one bedrooms, small but with everything you need. I’d highly recommend their management team! In 3 years, I filed multiple maintenance requests and they have been extremely prompt about replacing/repairing appliances. The location is great for any University of Texas student (walking distance) or someone who works in the central/downtown area.

My grandson lived here 3 years while attending UT. It was very safe and convenient. Having an easy access to reserved parking near your apartment really makes life easier for moving and bringing in groceries. We saw what a nightmare it was for the nearby larger apartment dwellers who didn't have this premium convenience. The price was affordable enough to live alone, which was great. There is a nice courtyard with a grill and picnic tables. We had a unit with central heat and air and it worked great. Hot water was always working. It would have been nice to have a dishwasher, but it wasn't that big a deal. They have laundry facilities on site, but it seemed easier to go down to the end of the street to the really nice laundry mat. It's close enough to walk anywhere you need to go, but far enough on the edge that you avoid the traffic and feel safer.
