The location is perfect as it is right in the middle of Austin, there is a garage that allows you to easily enter your unit so if you like privacy after you drive in then you are set, tranquil environment as people understand that noise levels must not be ignored, and great amenities like the upgraded gym and comfortable pool. We love that maintenance issues are always resolved within a day or two. Ahmed knows what he is doing and he is very friendly and knows so much. He has stayed here for a long time and understands that it is better to be proactive and also to get things fixed ASAP. Ahmed and the office team are the best and always looking forward to working with them whenever we need top-notch assistance. They have a lot of patience and understanding and always ready to help.

I’ve enjoyed my time here. Very quiet, clean, safe environment. All maintenance requests are completed swiftly. Thank you Ahmed Happily renewed my lease! Valerie is doing an outstanding job managing this location. I highly recommend checking it out and joining the community.

If for no other reason, you should move here because the property management is great! Valerie is awesome and she always goes above and beyond to help with anything, and does so with a smile. 5 stars.

We just had the most amazing tour with Valerie on 9/16. When I say this was hands down the best tour I have been on, I mean it! Valerie’s energy and commitment to this community is truly unmatched. She had answers for all questions and made sure we were comfortable. She got to know us both and constantly asked questions to make sure we were on the same page. She takes so much pride in her work and truly I could not have asked for anyone better. If you’re looking for a nice tucked away townhome, look no further than Somerset!

I combed all of Austin for a place to rent and lucked out when I checked it out. Dyllan who no longer works here, was amazingly courteous and informative. I was impressed with the entire complex and the way it has been maintained. I continue to be impressed by the management which comprises of Jasmine and Alaina. They are ready and willing to assist you. I moved in this week and had one minor issue which was resolved. Ahmed does a fabulous job of maintaining the entire place. The central location makes it easy to access the highways, shopping and downtown. I am fortunate to have found this place which is a quiet, safe, gated community.
