Stonelake at the Arboretum

Daniel gave me the tour of the property an he was an amazing leasing agent. He also lives in the community and provided great insights to my options. He definitely bump this apartment to my top 3 options moving into the domain area.

From the moment I toured, to pre-move in, the staff has been so incredibly accommodating and friendly. Daniel worked with my schedule to find a time to tour that worked well for me and answered all of my questions, even afterwards through email. Prior to moving in, I had packages delivered earlier than expected and Kate, Amanda, and Lane went above and beyond to make sure my things were safe. I have lived in several apartments in the north Austin area, and this has been the most pleasant experience I’ve had.

I really enjoyed the tour of the property. Daniel L. was very friendly, informed, and helpful. I have visited many properties lately and Daniel's attitude outshines everyone I've dealt with! The grounds are extremely peaceful. This is something I wouldn't expect considering it's proximity to major roads. The neighbors seem friendly and polite. All-in-all this would be a great place to live!

I came in without an appointment but they were all booked up, I did briefly chat with Daniel from Leasing office about my interest to see the apartments. And later when I was hanging by the pool table, he reached out to me as he had an opening and remembered our interaction. He was quite sweet and helpful with accommodating my immediate adhoc appointment. I really appreciate him helping me around to get understanding of the renting aspect and gave a nice tour of the property and apartment. Quite patient and friendly. Thank you.

The staff here is pretty amazing. Daniel at the front office is really great. He toured us around the property and showed us some floor plans we were interested in. He did not rush us at all and let us explore inside the apartment, no pressure. He was very thorough in explaining everything, and answered our questions very knowledgeably. The lady who takes the calls in the office, is also very nice. Honestly a great impression, especially when searching for a new place to live. The property itself is also really nice. Despite the property being a bit aged, the buildings are recently renovated, and look very pleasant. Overall a great place, and I’m very excited to make this place my family’s new home soon.
