Scheduled a tour and arrived to no one in the leasing office, even though theyre labeled as open. Apparently the leasing office is out of the country on vacation and I could only get ahold of the AI virtual assistant that was useless. Pretty sure the appointment was made through AI and why this happened. Should have actual people working instead of lazing it off to some virtual bs and wasting potential clients time.

From the time I stopped by to tour the location until well after move in. The team at Stony Creek have been awesome! Bonnie is the leasing manager and was perfect with answering all my questions. She's a true gem. Even the two maintenance gentleman I met, one being Adam were super professional and friendly. It's truly a great place. The community is totally fur baby lovers, polite, friendly and quiet. It's like a perfect oasis. And for the price, not going to lie...it's a steal. So happy we moved here!

Edit 4.14.26: 6 years later and I love this place! Current property manager Bonnie is amazing and super responsive. She has solved several issues in days that other property managers never resolved in a year!! Highly recommend >>> Lived at stony creek since aug 2022. It’s a great place and one of the best overall complexes I’ve lived in. The community is amazing and most of the neighbors are know each other. Everyone in the complex has a dog it seems and we tend to all congregate at the dog park after work. The pool is really nice and people frequently take advantage of the pools fancy grilling system. Also lots of outdoor space and greenery, which is super important to me in a domicile. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the communication from the staff during things like power outages or freezes. There have been a few times they had to shut the water off- something that’s happened at every complex I’ve lived in- and management sent frequent emails with status reports about what steps had been taken to get the problem resolved. They also filled the leasing office with palabottles of water and pizza and invited all the residents to help themselves. The downsides of the complex are the outdating finishings in the units, and the difficulty of reaching property management. Kitchen cabinets have wrong kind of paint on them and in the summer, it starts to swear and stick and it just looks really cheap. Same with the countertops and it seems every single unit has a toilet paper roll that will fly off the wall if you breath on it. I’m ok with these little things because the rent is cheap and the location is amazing. Very difficult to reach property management before you are a resident. Once you actually live here, you have the option of walking up to the office or using the online portal for maintenance requests. It took me 6 months to move in because I couldn’t reach a property manager to tell me which units were available. After months of calling and emailing, I was able to obtain the necessary info from another party but setting up an in person tour of the unit would have been impossible. So I moved into my apartment sight unseen. I didn’t even get my lease until a few days before my scheduled move in. So the entire move in process was frustrating and complicated. But it was worth it because I love this neighborhood and don’t plan on moving for several years at least.
