The Block

As a father navigating housing options in a new city for my son I can’t say enough how great the team at The Block was on Saturday March 7, 2026. Emme went above and beyond explaining floor plans, options, the tour was helpful and she explained in detail our options as well as answered any and all of our questions. Diya was also helpful in explaining commute times to different parts of campus, mail, package delivery, parking options, lease renewal benefits, and possible employment opportunities. The team was amazing, so much so we chose The Block that same day!

Toured apartment with Adeline today and she was amazing! Super helpful and funny and explained everything we needed to know. I had a great experience with her and if you’re ever looking for apartments near UT ask for her!

I randomly walked in to the office to ask for a room tour if it’s available. Lacy was being really nice and helpful, walked me through every places in the building with detailed informations. My preference is a furnished 1x1 but the building I visited has already sold out all of them. Lacy also searched up specifically on my preference and provided several good options for me. Overall, I had a really good experience with The Block.

Harold was so kind, patient, and helpful. I had an emergency, and he took the time out of his day (while the winter storm was occurring) to help me. He made sure he fixed it all correctly and made sure everything worked perfectly before he left. Thank you so much, Harold!

Harold was amazing and kind. He is so friendly! He helped fix my dryer that was making a lot of noises and also fixed my light in my room! Love living in the block on Leon! Came the next day after we put maintenance request, super quick too!
