Moving is stressful, but you somehow managed to guide us through the back/forth process and we really appreciate it.

This place is a scam. Management mishandles everything and treats residents horribly while charging outrageous rent. They’ll drain every last penny out of you—even after you move out. Say goodbye to your security deposit for things like “chipped paint,” and expect to get hit with another bill for $100+ on top of that. When I signed my lease, I was fed false promises. Over the summer, I had to deal with a situation that should have been resolved quickly, but instead I was passed from manager to manager for days. Each “meeting” was just them telling me to pay a $500 transfer fee, accept a higher rent, or speak to yet another manager for a different “solution.” It was an exhausting cycle with zero resolution. I had to escalate all the way to corporate just to be heard. Instead of preparing for my medical school applications—the whole reason I was in Austin—I wasted countless hours in pointless meetings, missing work shifts and tutoring sessions, all because management had no respect for my time. For “luxury student housing,” this was by far the most stressful and anxiety-inducing part of my college years. Don’t fall for it—look elsewhere. And don’t blame the front desk college students too much; they’re often left dealing with problems dumped on them by management, and it’s way beyond their control.
