Here are a few good things about this building Views Clean Nice Pool Now the bad Horrible management HOA is a joke Gym needs more equipment Build quality is that of an apartment They have fines and rules for every little thing If you want to experience downtown living with a great community around you, DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The building is beautiful with great amenities. The units have high quality finishes and the people are friendly. The downside is that if you live in the section that is closer to the lake you will never sleep. There are concrete pours, pipe drivers, sirens and they go on all day and night including Saturday and Sunday. If it isn't activity at the Independent next door it is at one of the handful of building projects within close range so you feel like you are in a construction zone most of the time.
