The Waller community has been amazing. As someone moving across the country to Austin, Dom Williams and the team made the entire process seamless and comfortable, which meant a lot during such a big transition. The building itself is beautiful, and I had the chance to visit during one of their community events—even as a future resident, I felt truly welcomed. You can tell they genuinely care about their residents and the overall sense of community. I’m excited to be calling The Waller my home for a long time.

I’ve had such a great experience at The Waller! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The community itself is beautiful and has such an inviting atmosphere. They even allowed me to host a Yappy Hour event for my pet-sitting business, and it was a wonderful success thanks to their support and hospitality. Truly a great place with an amazing team!

After 15 months of living at the Waller, I am a qualified tenant to say something here. This apartment building is fantastic and it staffed with the best management team. I met Nicole on day one and always get my best rate for his customer service. I was in jealousy that the Greystar was able to hire the best employee in the town. The 90% of occupancy rate is the proof that this property is the top 1 in downtown Austin.

The Waller staff and customer service are awesome—everyone’s super nice, especially Hannah! I love my apartment. The only thing it’s missing is a pantry and a linen closet, but other than that, it’s been great. I love my balcony, the huge closet, the built-in desk, and the big bathroom. I’m only moving because I’m looking for a little more space, a yard for my pup, and some extra parking.

I have been living at The Waller, and it’s been an amazing experience so far! The leasing community staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the rental process smooth and stress-free. The amenities are top-notch, especially the gym and Joe’s coffee shop conveniently located in the lobby. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Austin on 11th Street. You’re within walking distance of many local stores, and Waterloo Park is nearby, which my dog absolutely loves. What stands out the most is the prompt and efficient handling of maintenance requests. Any issues I’ve had were addressed quickly, which is a huge plus. Overall, The Waller is one of the best properties I’ve ever lived at. Highly recommended!
