Location is great. Easy access to 360, 183, Mopac…there is always a way to get around traffic. Staff is super friendly as well

I have lived at Tramor for the past nearly 3 years - now that my time is coming to an end, I wanted to share my amazing experience at this complex. First off, the staff is TOP notch. Everyone in the office is an absolute delight, & the maintenance staff is wonderful. Everything they do is prompt & with care. I was gone for about a month visiting my parents, & while I was away not only did they nab the (many lol) packages that I had gotten so they were safe in the office, but also the maintenance team went into my apartment to ensure the faucets were on due to the impending ice storm. I am in one of the loft style apartments, which is my absolute favorite layout (so much that when there was only one available, I applied sight unseen). The sky lights bring in such a unique lightening ambience, & there is so much natural lighting throughout the apartment. There is also a balcony upstairs off of the bedroom/bathroom, & one on the main level! It's an absolutely awesome layout & I highly recommend. Super quiet, lots of places to walk your doggos, & close to SO many things (Trader Joes being down the street was a big selling point for me personally). Loved my time here, & if i wasn't moving to a different state, I would absolutely have renewed my lease. Thanks to the entire team for the past few years :)

I've lived at this apartment complex since 2021 and recently renewed for another year. Over the years, it has truly felt like home. My first apartment was tucked away in the back of the property on the first floor, and last year, my partner and I upgraded to a larger, newly renovated unit on the second floor. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Watching the sunset over the hills from our balcony is my favorite perk. The community feels cozy, safe, and peaceful. The entire complex has always been well-maintained and we love how dog friendly it is. The maintenance team has consistently provided excellent service. They have always friendly and attentive. Most work orders are completed the same day, depending on the issue, and communication is always clear. Pest control has been easy to schedule, and even when we lived on the first floor, we rarely encountered bugs. While the plumbing has been an ongoing challenge (due to the older buildings) the leasing team communicates repair schedules in advance, which has made it easy to plan around any disruptions. The current leasing team is phenomenal! Katy, Bailey, and the rest of the staff are attentive, caring, and consistently go above and beyond to address any concerns. We truly feel valued as residents. When we outgrew our smaller unit and fell in love with our current unit, the team made our transition seamless, even accommodating an early move-in. Although I work 25 minutes away, I have no desire to move because the location of this complex is unbeatable. We're conveniently close to three major highways. HEB is about a mile away, and we're within walking distance of the Arboretum shopping center. The Gateway Shopping Center and The Domain are also nearby. We can’t recommend calling Tramor at the Hills home enough!

I've lived at this complex for about 2 years, and I have absolutely loved it! The community is quiet, clean, and the neighbors are all very friendly and respectful of one another. It's also very pet friendly! The front office and maintenance teams are both extremely helpful with any requests. As far as the units themselves, while not all of them are updated with nicer appliances, etc., the apartments are clean and very comfortable. I moved to the area from South Austin, and have really enjoyed this neighborhood. It's a short walk from the Arboretum, and any stores you may need are all within a 5-minute drive. It's also very accessible to downtown. Overall, I'd highly recommend it!
