this place is great & absolutely perfect for one person. the staff is amazing and were always available. awesome location as well. i will miss living here!

The management alone makes living here worth it. They were always so communicative and it was so easy to get into contact with them. Any maintenance requests were fulfilled quickly and efficiently. When I moved out, they didn't try to charge me for dumb things that were always there. Best apartment management I've ever experienced. The apartments themselves are cute studios designed to sort of separate the bedroom and living room area. Perfect for a student living alone.

Perfectly sized for college student living alone. Great price compared to other 1x1s in West Campus. Less than 10 minute walk to campus! Close to several quick food marts. Very quiet part of west campus—Away from the loud frat houses! Management took care of any issues that arose within 48 hours!

I had a really positive rental experience with the Westside Group. Their units are well maintained, clean, and there was always someone in the office to answer any questions. All of my maintenance requests were resolved very promptly.

Price isn't -terrible- for WC, but the buildings are a bit old but management is nice enough.
