Otto is a great place to live. Everything is always clean and everything is so new! The maintenance crew here is wonderful as well!

Living at The Otto has been a great experience overall. The property is well maintained, the amenities are solid, and the staff is always helpful and professional. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team, specifically Mike H and Mike R. They consistently do an amazing job and are always quick to respond whenever something needs to be fixed. Repairs are done fast and correctly, and you can tell they genuinely care about keeping the property in great shape. Their hard work really makes a difference and adds a lot to the overall living experience. Highly recommend The Otto!

You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the experience they provide. Their positive attitude and great service really make a difference. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! All the perks - vending market place, sauna, gym, yoga room, so many great study areas and more. The apartments are spacious and the furniture is great! High end beds compared to previous experiences in student apartments. The staff is incredible, so helpful and available. Looking forward to all the upcoming events. Renewed already so I don't miss out on another year here!

The Otto Apt move in process in College Station was flawless!! The entire experience was AMAZING! From the car reception line to taking all the kids “move in things” was like the Four Seasons service! My husband and I felt guilty that the process was so easy! We barely broke a sweat! We didn’t have to carry up one thing! All the movers were so helpful and friendly and took extreme care of the kids things and were even careful in unloading inside the apt itself! We couldn’t believe it! So nice!!! The Apt Complex is like a full on Resort for College Kids from a large pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, corn hole, amazing work out facility, Yoga Studio and even a dog washing station! We didn’t see it, but heard it was amazing too!! Last, there were so many cool hang out spots in the complex with balcony’s and areas to purchase snacks. The Otto also had what looked like a breakfast buffet for morning arrivals. And for us with an afternoon arrival, they had a welcoming service with adult beverages for the parents which we appreciated! 😜 We can’t thank everyone at the Otto enough! My Son and his two Roommates are going to have a great Sophomore year!! Thanks again for making it a welcoming experience!
