Park Place has by far been my favorite place to live in Texas! The property is well kept, quiet and the tenants are friendly. The complex is small so it feels like a tight knit community. The loft is open and spacious! The property manager, Lina is friendly and always on top of things. Maintenance always gets things done as well anytime there is an issue. Would highly recommend this place to any student looking for an apartment!

I lived at these apartments in 2019 and loved it. When I moved back to the area in 2024 I didn’t even have to search around to know where to live. I love the loft style apartment and the new updated floors and countertops. The layout of the complex with the apartments facing inward makes it feel like it’s own little community. I always feel safe here and it’s a very quiet and peaceful place to live. 10/10 recommend Park Place.

So I been trying to contact u guys for a good minute about moving into an apt after hearing good things from friends and family every time I call no answer I would go to the office no one is there I asked a resident for the office number he took me to the office they answered the door for him but for some reason when knocked no one answered for me right before he took me to the office I just find it kinda weird as soon as I came with someone a different race he got a answer but not me someone talked to me but still kinda brushed me off and said they got the apts available for others and had to see what they have left and they would get back to me and they never did cause I was brushed off and the landlord didn’t get a phone number at anything from to get back with me so my experience after almost two years of trying to move over there is very bad

I have lived in this apartment complex since September 2021 until the day I wrote this review. I have been in the USA for several years. I have lived in many apartments, and by far, this is the best one-bedroom apartment I have had. First, the layout of the apartment is great. You have the living room and kitchen on the first floor, while the bedroom, walk-in closet, and bathroom are on the top floor. This setup is ideal because it allows you to organize your living space separately from your sleeping area, helping you stay productive without the temptation of your bed calling you to sleep. The neighbors are nice, and everyone is friendly and minding their own business. Overall, the complex is calm, quiet, and free of excessive noise. Additionally, it is within walking distance of HEB, Target, Chase Bank, and several restaurants (~ 10-15 minutes away). If you are a student without a car, this location is especially convenient, as it saves you from frequently ordering food delivery and paying expensive fees (~ $15 per order). Also, it is close (~2 min) to bus 27, which takes you to the university Lina, the property manager, is friendly and ensures that all residents' needs are met in a timely manner. She does an excellent job of selecting tenants to maintain a safe and welcoming community. During my nearly 3.5 years here, I have had only three minor maintenance issues, all of which were resolved either the same day or by the next day at the latest. Darvin, the maintenance technician, is hardworking and responds quickly to service requests, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment.

Park Place is a quaint cluster of homes in a perfect location. The apartments are cozy with a convenient layout. The manager is responsive, professional, and kind. Maintenance, the few times needed, was carried out quickly and efficiently by a skilled craftsman. The atmosphere is quiet with a nice green space the leashed dogs enjoy. Parking is plenty and easy. It's a great place to call home!
