The Jane at College Station

My husband and I moved here over 3 years ago when it was the Trails at Wolf Pen. Our place was pretty beat up, and management was generally unresponsive/uncaring when we brought up the issues. Since then, 2 new management agencies have taken over, and the current one who has rebranded as the Jane has only been operating for a few months, but is transforming the place. We have had longstanding issues with our apartment that are finally getting fixed, and generally have seen a lot of improvement and care in the property. For example, every time it rains hard a mini sand and mudslide forms over our sidewalk, and it can be annoying taking out our dog for a walk. New management has started washing it off, and we no longer have muddy/sandy paws. I appreciate how they are taking care of the little things! And the staff is super kind. We are moving because they are furnishing our apartment and there is no option to opt out, but it could be a stress free and reasonably priced place to live for students who want to be next to a beautiful park and trails! It is also right on the rudder bus route.

I have been living at The Jane several years. Recently I had an accident and had to move to an ADA apartment very quickly. Russell Best and his team were so nice and helpful and turned around an apartment for me very fast and with little trouble. They waived a fee for me at a really stressful time. It’s good people that make a good company. Thanks Russell!

I lived here once before - the new staff (assistant property manager Keyana is very helpful) very accommodating catering to your specific needs as a tenant . Apartment is better since they took over. New bball court is tough 🔥 got tired of northgate and all the noise and came here - really peaceful, quiet, staff is great. And they apparently spending a lot of money on improving the place

The maintenance crew at The Jane Apartments really deserves some recognition! They’ve been doing an outstanding job keeping everything running smoothly and always respond so quickly when something comes up. They’re professional, friendly, and you can tell they truly care about the residents. I also want to give a special shoutout to John— he’s always so kind, dependable, and goes above and beyond every time. The whole team works hard and it doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you all for the great work you do every day!

The staff always provides great friendly service. The location is great close to the mall. Easy commute to campus. The maintenance team works hard to get issues resolved. The property has awesome new amenities including dog parks, pickle ball tennis court and new basketball court. The pools are beautiful. Great community. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for student living.
