Huge Homeless Issue!! There is literally no respect for boundaries I get that we are by DART but this is not okay there’s homeless trying to break into people’s apartments or just plain sleeping under the stairwells but of course since none of the doors of this property work and they remain open also their key fobs don’t even work apparently they had someone coming to fix it but that was months ago!! They promise you a good home when you are leasing but once you move in it’s just horrible!! A BIG Nightmare!! ALSOO when you ask to speak with the property manager Brianna she always has her door closed and the agent is told that she can only be reached by email since she’s busy all the time. Lease elsewhere!! Update 02/04/2026:They sent out an email about a robbery that occurred next door and to be careful of our surroundings, safety is compromised as the doors still don’t close or lock properly. RUN!!-

If Icould give this pace 0 stars I would, the ongoing safety and habitability issues at this complex are alarming. Exterior doors are frequently left unlocked, completely compromising building security. At the same time, interior hallway doors are faulty — we were locked out of our own hallway due to door malfunctions. In addition to these security failures, we are dealing with mold in our unit. Mold is a serious health hazard, yet there has been little urgency or accountability from management in addressing it. These are not cosmetic or minor maintenance issues — they are fundamental safety and habitability concerns. The lack of timely action raises serious questions about oversight, responsibility, and compliance with basic housing standards. Residents deserve to feel safe and healthy in their own homes. Right now, this complex is falling far short of that obligation. If you are planing to rent here just don't go somewhere else.

Management is worthless. Our unit which was "ready for move in" had dry wall dust all over the floors there was a puddle in the living room. The carpet in the closet was wet and had a musky smell. Management has shown little interest or sincerity for the abysmal living co editions they put us in. I am counting the days until I can terminate this lease. Below find oir "cleaned" unit

This is a great place to live. The new management is doing a great job at trying to make the residents feel welcome. Christian and Brionna are very friendly. Maintenance , aka Johnathan and team, has been quick to fix problems that arise. It is across the street from Mockingbird station and Kroger is walking distance. Great place to live. The only knock is DART is doing construction for garage parking and green space which makes it a touch difficult to get in and out. It will be fabulous when it is done though.

Was toured by the lovely Phillip. He is such an amazing leasing consultant! Gave us a tour of the entire property and shared every detail. Although I went with a different property, I want to share how great of a job he does. His hospitality is unmatched. This man deserves a raise!!
