Bell Katy Trail Apartments

Not a resident but just wanted to thank Shannon for giving us a quick tour of the apartment during lunch hours. She is amazing ,so welcoming and thorough on covering all details. The community is well maintained and pleasing.

I’ve lived here for a year and love it. The staff is amazing especially the office they are quick to respond to request and know most of the residents by name. Huge appreciation for Maria as well. She keeps the grounds looking great and always greets you with a smile!

Shannon at the front office was great! We dropped in unexpectedly and she gave us a tour on the spot and provided all the details on how to lease. The facilities looked clean and well maintained. We will definitely consider this apartment complex for our search.

When I found out I was moving to dallas, I knew I wasn’t going to be able to tour and go around to different places, so I read so many reviews, called leasing offices, etc. This place BKT had so many great reviews about the staff, and I wholeheartedly agree. I’ve lived in many apartment buildings since I’ve moved so many times and the staff here should be listed on the amenity list. I can’t count on my fingers the number of things they’ve helped me out with. Andrew and Jesse are incredible in the front office and always are so helpful and welcoming. Sometimes I’d drop by to just grab a coffee and say hello to start my day off right. On the maintenance side, Luis and Felipe are just as stellar. There are so many horror stories about maintenance staff at apartment complexes, but I would trust these guys with anything. Always incredibly helpful. The team is proactive with updates and responds to emails so quickly. The apartment itself is great and exactly as described. I’m so glad I chose this place.

I've officially been a resident for over a month, and I can confidently say that my transition to Dallas was made incredibly smooth thanks to this apartment complex. The community is clean, the amenities are excellent. I also feel very safe here, which was a huge factor in my decision, gives me great peace of mind. As someone new to the area, the welcoming and communicative management team made a huge difference from day one. In particular, Jesse has been a fantastic resource, providing quick responses and helpful guidance for all my questions. I recently attended my first resident event and had a great time, I'm already looking forward to the future events! Overall, I'm thrilled with my decision to move here and highly recommend it
