Camden Design District Apartments

I had an amazing experience with Bri Burns. From my tour experience, she was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Bri took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the leasing process clearly, and made everything feel simple and stress-free.

Emilie was an amazing host and guide for us during our tour. Her level of friendliness and knowledge of the building was very impactful. She was thorough, giving us a full-scope tour and laid out options we hadn't considered. Knowing there is front office staff with her level of professionalism is a huge draw to the Camden Design District for me.

I toured the property and not only was Norma very polite and respectful but the property was beautiful. All the neighbors seem very polite and nice. Out of everything that i saw and heard in the tour the thing that most stuck out to me was how accessible and fast it is to get maintenance on the apartment if need be. The area is very well maintained and the floor plans are beautiful!!!!

I usually don’t write reviews unless it’s amazing or so awful, but here we go. Camden Design District has truly been a great place to call home so far! From day one, Lacy has been absolutely incredible—she's not only warm and welcoming but extremely knowledgeable about every detail of the property and the leasing process. She made the entire experience from touring to move-in feel seamless. Emily has also been super helpful and kind throughout the whole process. The property itself is beautiful—modern, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed. My next-door neighbors are so friendly, and the area feels safe no matter what time of day. It’s been comforting to settle into a place that feels like home so quickly. Now, for the honest part—some of the neighbors at the pool can be a bit odd, and we had a few miscommunications regarding lease policies. That said, Ariel handled the situation with professionalism and grace, and she’s working to ensure both sides walk away satisfied. Overall, I’m really happy here. The staff is attentive, the community is lovely, and the support from the leasing office has made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Camden Design District Team has been amazing to work with. Laci helped us every step of the way and answered all our questions. The Camden Design District Team was kind enough to store away some of our furniture that was delivered earlier than expected. Once we moved in I looked over everything in our apartment, you can tell that the maintenance team takes pride in their work. The Camden Design District Team is amazing! I love the Camden brand, thank you!
