Zack Rivera is the best relocation specialist I’ve ever worked with. After having frustrating experiences with other relocators who were unresponsive and sent over 80 listings to sort through, working with Zack was a completely different experience. He was intentional with every recommendation and only sent properties that genuinely fit what my wife and I were looking for. Since we were relocating from New Jersey to Dallas, he also went above and beyond by recommending places to stay and areas to visit during our trip. We scheduled tours for eight homes and ended up falling in love with our current place. In fact, we signed a lease after viewing just four properties. Zack listened carefully to everything we wanted and needed, was extremely knowledgeable about the market, and made the entire process smooth and efficient. She was incredibly responsive and responsible, dedicating her time to meet all of our needs, even the very specific ones. We relocated and initially had a very frustrating experience with finding a place. Jane was consistent with reaching out. I reached out to her when I was sure that we could not do this alone...and she came through so quickly! She sent me a list within a couple of hours and I was touring apartments by the weekend. Update: Today is April 7, 2026 and I'm using Apartment Hunters Dallas for the 4th time! Let me tell you about it. Krystle S. Lyons is the BEST and I'm not exaggerating. After helping us find a home in September 2024, she helped me find a new apartment in June 2025 when my relationship broke up. She also helped my daughter find her very first apartment in May 2025. Now It's April 2026 and my daughter is moving back in with me, but I live in a studio apartment. Krystle is helping me relocate yet again. The studio she found for me has been my most favorite living spot so far. I know whatever she finds next will be my new favorite. Moving is so stressful for me, but having someone in my corner like Krystle makes it so much easier. If you need someone that knows her stuff and will be honest with you because she truly has your best interest at heart, it's Krystle. First Review: August 2024: I found apartment hunters on TikTok and I was partnered with Krystle S. Lyons! Guys I was NOT ready! She went above and beyond what I even thought I needed/wanted to find us the perfect home! She knew what we wanted better than we did LOL! She is so knowledgable about the market and what's out there! She has excellent communication, she listens and pays attention to your preferences and she won't recommend something to you that she wouldn't want to call home herself. I wasn't the easiest to work with and I didn't know what the heck I was doing! Krystle asked me to trust her and once I did, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING worked out! Yes these guys are real! (From other companies) (Manager please read our chat she legit saved me last second) Found me an apartment that was 1600, but with the deal she found we got it down to 1100 a month, which is insane and taught me what prorated renting is which is super beneficial. Fast communication and she wanted to make sure I was accommodated and found an apartment that suited my needs! Highly recommend her services!

I have had an unpleasant experience with this company. I thought I was working with an agent who has completely ghosted me. I relied on their help to sort through this very stressful process of finding a new place to call home and after she obtains all of my information, I hear nothing from her. I do not recommend this company.

I never leave reviews but this hasn’t sit well with me and seems very sketchy. I worked with the locator, Brooke Johnson - I was moving from Ohio to Texas and utilized her help for apartments in the Dallas area. She didn’t even find my apartment that I signed with, I found it and the other 3 apartments I toured I found as well. I still wrote her name down and gave her credit on documentation with my apartment, because I’m in sales too and I understand people work off of commission & was truly doing something nice. From the beginning Brooke told me, and I have documentation from her, that if I work with her I either can choose a $200 cash rebate or free 2-hour movers. I went with the cash rebate route because I had to hire movers to move me from OH to TX. This is the unprofessional part - I was only sent half of the rebate by Brooke. I’ve tried to contact her multiple times and have heard nothing back. This is the strangest, most unprofessional thing I’ve experienced. I was doing something nice and gave her credit for something she didn’t even find, and was excited to partner with her & receive the cash rebate. Feels icky to offer something and lie about it, no matter the amount. Especially in this business, you don’t want to work with people who lie, steal, or “exaggerate the truth.”

Thought I’d share my unpleasant experience trying to use this service. After seeing their videos on IG and TikTok, I decided to reach out to take advantage of the free move promo they offer upon placement; I was paired with a locator who had wrote me off pretty early in the process based on notes he had taken out of context; He did not seem interested or invested in actually helping me locate an apartment, only complained about my starting point despite previously stating that I was extremely flexible bc I would be new to the area. However, it didn’t seem like he actually wanted assist in my apartment search, as he came across condescending over vn and overall was not helpful, thorough or solutions-oriented whatsoever. I then reached back out to Apartment Hunters to see if they would pair me with a woman locator and never received a response. Ultimately, I ended up going with another service where they’re 3x more prompt and made a basic effort to gain an understanding of what exactly I was looking for as an apartment seeker before disqualifying me. That team sent me a full list of options and even arranged tours on my behalf that same day. Because of this experience, I would strongly recommend “Franklin Finders” over “Apartment Hunters”, bc customer service matters.
